Fellow Yelpers, thank you very much for writing reviews about this restaurant so that I would be inspired to try it out! :)I guess that this restaurant is actually called Off the Rails Barbeque. Their menu includes entrees such as ribs, brisket, and pulled pork as well as appetizers such as nachos, fries, and macaroni that are topped with the meats. Sides include baked beans, coleslaw, cornbread, collard greens, and potato chips. My husband and I visited this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. An employee immediately greeted us and gave us menus to look at. She told us that we could sit at any table of our liking. Many tables were available inside and outside, and I appreciated that the walls were open for fresh ventilation. We ordered our appetizers, and the employee told us that ribs would not be available to order for another half hour, so we waited for them. Our loaded nachos and loaded fries were topped with similar ingredients of shredded meat, jalapeno peppers, gooey cheese, and a sauce. The ingredients were fresh, and we enjoyed the flavors. Our half rack of ribs were tender, and they had a tasty seasoning that my husband wanted a little more of.

I found this food truck outside of Grist House in Pittsburg. I tried two different things off their menu, the pork nachos and the brisket mac n cheese. The pork nachos are good but I felt that they needed more BBQ sauce. They are not greedy with toppings and came with plenty of pork! They were also smothered in nacho cheese sauce. The brisket mac n cheese was definitely my favorite. The mac n cheese tasted home made and was the perfect consistency. It was loaded with falling apart brisket and drenched in a smokey BBQ sauce. This is a match made in BBQ heaven. The portion is also HUGE! Plenty for 2 to share. The food came out delish and very quick.

Great place. They always have the biggest racks of ribs. Finger Licken good racks of ribs..

This food truck came to our Employee Food Truck Roundup. I had the Brisket Mac and couldn't finish the portions were HUGE! The Mac was creamy and the brisket was done perfectly with a delicious Smokey flavor that wasn't overwhelming like some can be. Many of my colleagues posted on our social site how much they enjoyed as well and hope they'll be back really soon.

This one of the best, if not THE best food truck in Pgh if you are looking for delicious bbq! Not for those on a diet, but if you're going to a food truck, I'm pretty sure you're not thinking about that. We were fortunate enough to have been at the Grist House when the Oakmont BBQ Company was there. The brisket...dear Lord the Brisket...not only was it mouthwatering delicious, it graced itself upon a soft, billowing, pillow of homemade Mac and cheese. I know! What?!? Heaven, that's what. I should have known what I'd be in for when my friend turned the corner, saw the truck, and stopped dead in his tracks to thank a higher power.

Most likely the worse service I have ever had in a restaurant. I arrived at 7:15 and went to counter to order take away. The girl at counter was extremely rude and short tempered. I tried to order 4 different items and was told they were out of that item. I then asked what is available ? Then she went to get the manager and he took the time to show me what they had left. I ended up ordering 2 chicken sandwiches and was asked chips or fries. I asked for fries. When I paid the check he told me the fries were a 3 dollar upgrade. Really? Was hoping for so much more.

Kitchen closes at least an hour prior to closing. Drove 20 minutes out of the way to try this place to find out the kitchen was closed. FYI

I love this place! Great ambiance. The food and beer selection are perfection! I have tried almost everything on the menu and enjoyed all of it.

Food was wonderful. Service was fast and friendly. I chose this business based on good reviews and they did not disappoint
