Out of the way, but beautiful surroundings. Seems to be an event space but The Cafe is open to the public when no events are happening. Really lovely area to have a relaxed meal and a few drinks. Food was quite good( had a chicken sandwich & burger). Desert was delicious! Recommend stopping in if you're in the area

My parents and I went to the Oak Lodge Cafe for dinner and it was such an awesome experience! You drive through the woods and it's just a cozy little cabin like place. It has lights strung on the outside patio and was super welcoming! You go into a little lobby and order your food (the menu is small but has something for everyone). After you order and pay you receive a table number and can sit anywhere in their dining room area which is very open and has a decent number of tables. The staff was super friendly and welcoming! We ended up getting the pretzel bites and beer cheese for the table and they were super yummy and I personally got the bangarang shrimp tacos which were out of this world! (They are huge tacos and the price on the menu is for one .... I ordered two and definitely could have just gotten one!) Overall, it was such a great and cozy experience that I highly recommend!

I cannot rave enough about this place. We had our weekend wedding here in the fall of 2019 and the service, assistance, food - everything was spectacular. We literally had 0 issue with our wedding day or any schedule-keeping / timing etc.... Our guests also raved about every aspect of the location. We've also stayed overnight in their rentable cabins on the property and they're so awesome!! It's just a gorgeous quaint location for girls weekend, romantic getaways, weddings, good food.. and more!

This rustic Laurel Highlands B&B is a beautiful, memorable retreat ideal for weddings, family vacations and corporate retreats. Accommodations range from the four bedroom Farmhouse opposite Lake Phyllis to cabins for glamping a short walk from the indoor pool. The faux historic Jimberg village has a cafe with live music on weekend evenings when patio weather is pleasant. Escape Pittsburgh, explore nearby attractions like Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater and Kentuck Knob, or attend Stahlstown's annual Flax Scutching Festival. Bring home maple syrup made on-site as a souvenir.

Highly recommended! A peaceful place to stay with a great dinner menu featuring locally grown plates. The breakfasts from their chef are absolutely epic. The nature scenery is fantastic and something you might not get to see every day. It's well worth the drive. Be sure to visit the indoor pool and hot tub as well.

I would give this place six stars if possible. We stayed in one of the new lodges. They were small, but luxury. The grounds are well kept. There is much to see and do on the grounds. The included breakfast was top notch. Nearby, you can visit Falling Water or the excellent restaurants in Ligonier. Also travel on historic Lincoln Highway (route 30) to see some Americana.
