This was such a great lunch! My boyfriend and I stopped by while driving to Harrisburg. I got the garlic ramen and he got the udon . It was so delicious! The portion size was huge, the staff were friendly and kind, and the atmosphere was quiet and intimate.Definitely a must do in charming Bedford!

This place was a sweet gem. I hope they aren't too hidden and get great business! The food was superb:THAI SHRIMP SATAYspicy red curry, green onion, rice noodle, peanut sauceThis dish was so good, in the end I had to slurp the rest of the juices off the plate. Amazing flavors! BIBIMBAPbean sprout, carrot, bell pepper, jalapeno, cucumber, sushi riceI've never had this dish before and I love Korean food. My son got this and I have to say it was delicious all around. The sushi rice at the bottom was a nice addition. The presentation was also very delightful. KOREAN BAO BUNSChoice of Asian BBQ Pork or Angus Brisket, Cucumber, Radish, SesameI could eat these all day! The brisket was yummy, the mayo ( I think) made each bute creamy. This is a must have!SPICY GREEN CURRY UDONThick White Flour Noodle, Green Curry, Coconut, Ginger, Basil, Bok ChoyMy son's father got this dish, I tried the broth and it was spicy and flavorful. The spice was not overwhelming.Guava Lemonade Boba DrinkYummy yummy!Japanese Whiskey CakeI think this was a special but I had to try. It was sort of like a pound cake but with whiskey and ice creamI don't live in the area but hope in 2 weeks, when I am in the area, we get to eat there again.

Ramen is good. Not $14 or $23 if you want protein good. Especially when they aren't using the proper noodle2 buns are $14. Lol. I have been to ramen houses in DC, VA, NYC that aren't that much. Let alone small town Bedford, PA. Service is counter ordering and they ask if you want to leave a tip. Nice people.Ambiance is casual - their range hood doesn't work bc the place become a foggy mess when they get busy.

We stopped here on a cold week night in late November. The place is tucked away in an older shopping gallery in downtown. We were the only dine-in guests, but the kitchen was busy filling takeout orders. Dining area is pleasant and spacious. We had the Vietnamese rice noodles and the Mushroom udon, both with tofu. The large bowls arrived piping hot and steamy. The rice noodle dish was packed w/fresh veggies and had just the right amount of spice. The udon was filled with earthy shitake mushroom, onions and chopped kale, but the star of both dishes was the extra firm lightly grilled and seasoned tofu triangles. Perfect meal to warm your tummy on a cold night!

10/10 Food: Great! I actually didn't take a pic of everything we had but I can list it so y'all can hopefully try it for yourself. Pho Bo 8/10: Beef broth, highly spiced with what seemed like a lot of peppercorn, rice noodles and a few tiny pieces of beef. I'm a bit spoiled on the great Vietnamese food we have back in Houston, TX but this was a good version. The things that I found different were that the broth was dark and not clear like a good beef Consumé should be but the flavor was good. And there was very little actual beef to eat in the soup. That's why it was a 8/10. Mushroom Udon 10/10: My cousin ordered it and that broth was amazing! Very meaty while being light. So much flavor packed into the soup. Good job. Pork Wonton with Shrimp 10/10: Very good wonton soup base with good size shrimp and wontons. Very nice broth. Korean Bao Buns 10/10: Good job on these too. We all enjoyed these and I highly recommend them. Pork Gyoza Dumplings: Nice thin skin, very tasty filling, crisp edges from the pan frying. We all agreed these were our favorite. Service 10/10: The lady taking our order was extremely patient with us trying to figure what we were having and all our talking back and forth. I'm so great full for their patience. It was our first time too. Ambiance 10/10: Modern decor as you can tell by the photos. Stark but still inviting. It's a small space but it doesn't feel cramped. Overall, a really nice experience and I would come back to try some other things.

Everyone run to this place asap. Nudl has authentic fare and the restaurant space itself is very welcoming. It feels as if I've been invited into someone's home to have dinner with them.First off, the staff were extremely kind. Made sure we understood the menu and were very attentive throughout the entire meal, making sure we liked everything and had everything we needed. And the food - wow! I'm so glad an authentic ramen place came to Bedford. We got the Bao buns and dumplings as starters. The Bao buns were huge. The combination of the soft buns and tender pork was awesome. My dad liked them so much he got an order as his entree. And the dumplings were also delicious. The sauce and toppings on those took them up a notch above a typical dumpling. For entrees, my sister got the sweet and spicy ramen with shrimp. The shrimp were huge and cooked perfectly. She said that she wants to try the pork next time, given how delicious and tender it was in the appetizers. The flavor of that ramen was well-balanced - not too sweet, not too spicy. My mom got the mushroom udon, and she liked the larger noodles. I got the garlic ramen with shrimp. Like my sister, I'd get pork in mine next time - although the shrimp were very good. The ramen portions were insane. We ate until full and it looked like we didn't even dent the meals. So we had a ton to take home eat later. Finally, the bubble tea. Again, so happy this area got some bubble tea (and not just bubble tea with those fruity popping bubbles...) The coffee bubble tea was pretty sweet, even though it was coffee flavor. It had a caramel-like taste to it, which I liked. My family had never had bubble tea prior to this meal. They tried it and loved it. Kept passing it around the table the entire meal. We will definitely come back to Nudl!

Wow! Hidden gem in Bedford PA. Who would have thought! Stopped in Bedford on a snowy night on a trip on I-76 and was dreading the Denny's dinner. Saw Nudi on Yelp and decided to try it. The bibimbap was fantastic. The pot stickers and Bao were even better. The gentleman at the counter was so helpful to figure out a meal for my wife who had very little chillie tolerance. If we ever go back to Bedford, definitely going to stop there for a meal!!

One of the true classic, awesome Asian restaurants is a small, fun space, in Bedford, Pennsylvania, called Nudl, at 126 E Pitt Street, in Bedford. It is first class and delicious and a great stop on our drive back from Pittsburgh to Connecticut

Wow wow wow! Stopped en route to Washington D.C., had several items: Pho, Ramen, Udon noodles, dumplings, and Bao buns. All were fantastic and very large portions, fresh! The restaurant itself is very cute, located in an odd building. We will definitely keep Nudl in mind when passing through.

I forgot to write a review last month, but I'm still thinking about this curry. I was visiting from Pittsburgh and stopped for lunch. Zero complaints on the food, service, or boba. I'm only mad I'm too far for takeout.
