Novaria Coffee Co., located on Penn Avenue in the Strip District, is a must-visit for coffee lovers. Open daily, this third-wave Syrian coffee shop offers counter service, making it perfect for a quick grab-and-go or a cozy spot to relax on their comfy couches. You can also grab a table and get some work done in their welcoming space.Their menu is eclectic, featuring traditional Syrian coffee, Japanese cold brew, pour-overs, and delicious lattes. In addition to their regular menu, they have a secret menu displayed on the counter, adding an element of surprise for adventurous coffee drinkers.I tried the Syrian Coffee, which is served hot only. It consists of coffee, cardamom, and water, accompanied by a tiny sweet. The coffee is rich and flavorful, presented on a gold tray, allowing you to pour it yourself--a super cool touch that enhances the experience.I also sampled their baklava, a delicious, flaky pastry, and grabbed a honey oat vanilla latte to go. I can't wait to try it!Beyond the great coffee and food, the space itself is charming, and the owner is incredibly friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely be back!

What a great addition to The Strip! I love coffee but The Strip already has so many coffee shops that I was hoping this one would be more unique, and it definitely delivered in that regard.They have a really interesting menu that ranges from creative lattes to different coffee preparations from other cultures, such as a Japanese cold brew (can't wait to try this one when the weather warms up) and Syrian coffee. The latter is what I had the pleasure of trying on my first visit, and I loved the richness of the coffee as well as the small treat they served on the side with it (I didn't catch the name as I was in a hurry, but I thought it was a fun and interesting deviation from just being handed a cup of coffee!)The overall atmosphere of the shop when I went was very calm, and I think it would be a great place to relax or catch up on some reading/work. Overall, I'm really happy about this new spot and can't wait to try more drinks from them!

Back home latte was great! It's espresso, milk, date paste and cardamom-- definitely on the stronger side, with the date paste and cardamom balancing out the natural bitterness of coffee very well. Also tried their pistachio rose water matcha, which was more pistachio forward. There's several individual/two person tables inside as well as couches in the back. Staff was very friendly and drinks came out quickly.

What a cute coffee shop! It's the perfect place to stop for a quick drink to take on your walk around the Strip. There's also seating inside you prefer to sit down. The barista was incredibly friendly! We had a latte and a hot chocolate and both had beautiful latte art!

Super nice staff, the chai tea latte was so comforting, and the dessert was a tasty treat. Free wifi and plenty of tables with plugs for those who want to come to work, or couches for lounging. Accessible but gender-segregated restrooms. Street parking. Wanted to stay longer but I couldn't because the high ceiling made it hard to heat the place. I bet it's stellar in warm weather, when they can open up the front.

Really cute Syrian coffee shop in the strip district! Menu includes both classic and unique coffee drinks. Unique drinks including a shakerato and oji which is a Japanese style of drip coffee. Nicely decorated on the outside and inside. There's some seating inside and a small table outside. The guy who was working here was really friendly and helped me decide what to order. I first ordered the back home latte - a latte with date paste and cardamom. The flavor was unique and interesting but I learned that I don't think I love cardamom so it wasn't my favorite. I also thought it was a little on the sweet side. I tried a different latte another day, the honey oat vanilla latte. I thought this one was delicious! It kind of tasted like cereal milk, in a good way. I usually order drinks less sweet and would recommend ordering this one as is. It's really nicely balanced. They have a pistachio rose water matcha on the menu that I'm interested to try one day too. They sell some pastries and other food items as well. I tried the za'atar croissant which was flaky, seasoned well, and delicious.

Great coffee and excellent baklava! Plus had a great conversation with the barista who offered me food recs for the entire city!

I mean, DAMN!!!!!! Syrians, once again have managed to create something amazing and significant!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great coffee, great bakery, and great atmosphere! The staff (Ahmad, and Mohanad) were beyond generous, and kind. I ll absolutely be back. Love love this place. PS: Plzzz get the Zatar Croissant (didn't get a pic cause i inhaled that stuff before taking a pic).

Only noticed this place today and glad I didn't stop to get my coffee from another establishment that I normally go to on the strip. To my surprise, this place has been operational for over 6 months. The owner was very friendly and the place had a really nice vibe with plenty of seating to lounge. I couldn't decide what I wanted and finally settled on the "back home latte" which comes with date syrup and cardamom. The latte was delicious and while it wasn't as hot as I like it to be, I devoured it pretty quickly. Will definitely stop by again and give patronage to Novaria Coffee.

Amazing pastries- try the date maamoul. This coffee shop has a wonderful low-key vibe. An excellent place to work or catch up with a friend.
