North Park Lounge

Stopped into NPL before the Steeler game on Saturday and was another great experience. Service was great and food was delicious. Their italian hoagie is one of my favorites. I could only eat half and the other half I took home was a good snack the next day.

I don't usually write reviews, but North Park Lounge has left me no choice. You bought North Park Clubhouse, and in doing so, you took away my beloved Cajun Chicken Pasta--a dish that was, frankly, perfection. And for what? Some generic, uninspired menu that nobody asked for?Do you understand what you've done? That pasta was a staple. A masterpiece. A reason to go out of my way to eat at the Clubhouse. Now it's gone, and I'm left staring at a menu that feels like a bland, soulless downgrade.You had a chance to take over a great spot and honor what made it special. Instead, you erased one of the best dishes to ever grace a Pittsburgh restaurant. For that, I can't forgive you. Fix this. Bring it back. Do the right thing.Until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I've been here twice. Once for lunch and once to hang out at the bar. This place appears to be managed very well and prices are fair. The food, however was pretty average. The fish was ok but, needed salt. The bar scene was pathetic. There are extremely bright lights over the bar. This is not conducive to drinking and socializing. Also, terrible top 40 bubblegum pop music all evening. I felt like I was in the movie, "Barbie".

The food and staff rank 5 stars. Everytime we come the restaurant and bar area are packed. Even so, the wait staff are very efficient and friendly and the kitchen gets your food out very quickly. When the weather permits, they have an enclosed patio. Unfortunately, they are not handicapped accessible. There is an outside ramp to get from the parking lot, but once you're in the inner vestibule that's it. If you require a walker or wheelchair, you cannot enter the dining area. If it's nice out and you don't mind, you can probably access the patio as it is much roomier, but they have so many tables packed in the dining area that it can be difficult for an able bodied person to navigate their way to a table. I hope to get a photo to demonstrate this the next time we go.

The food is always great and service is always great. Its a lounge and the menu reflects what you would expect. Always a great experience.

First time and won't be the last. Great atmosphere. A staple of the North Hills, with a patio, dining room and bar area. A large food menu with something for everyone, delicious cocktails and cold beer- what more could you ask for!!! Recently opened for breakfast seven days a week- would love to check it out! Had a few fall beers and tried the garlic rolls which were amazing. Homemade dough, baked to perfection with a warm, fluffy center and crispy crust topped with olive oil, flavorful garlic and parmesan cheese. So many items on the food looked really good. They also have daily specials! Will certainly be back.

Decor is "American Pub" with a strong mom and pop sports vibe to it - perfectly good for a local night of not cooking. As for the food... Bruh - never would I EVER have guessed that *this* is the place to get THE best burger in the Burgh but WOW. Ever seen someone react to a crabby patty on SpongeBob? Yeah, it's like that. Bacon, egg and cheeseburger. every element of this thing is perfect It's like getting pizza in Italy or a croissant in France. Don't get me wrong, the rest of the food is really good (I live nearby and I'm a regular), but for real? Burger. OMFG!

North Park Lounge just started to offer breakfast! it will be served 7 days a week from 7am-1pmI was excited to check it out because they told me they offer gluten free bread for toast. While I was there I also discovered that they offer plant based egg scramble, which is great for my allergy friends. I ordered the basic platter, my eggs were cooked to my liking and the bacon was delicious. They also offer a full bar with brunch cocktails I had a pineapple mimosa.

I expected the burger to be average. It was not average at all, but far above that! I'm pretty picky with my burgers. If it's not high quality overall then I want nothing to do with it. I couldn't find fault with this one. I tried their A-1 burger. The bun held up, the burger was fresh, juicy, and cooked as ordered. Fresh toppings. Really, it was one of the best burgers I've had in a while. If you're looking for a good burger, give them a try. We went for weekend lunch and the place was super busy and pretty noisy. Tables are a little cramped too. Hence the 4 stars.

Hot food, good portions. Bloody Mary right amount of spicy. 2 people for breakfast $38.
