Other reviews, food takes to long and service is slow. Expect to not rush here, it's just not that type of place!!We arrived on a Sunday around 4PM, there was hardly anyone in the dining area so I was surprised when the bartender had to check the reservation book before seating us. Luckily, we were seated in the bar area right away. As time progressed, I realized why a reservation was so important. The restaurant got very busy, very quickly. Make reservations! There is a bar area, indoor dining, and an outdoor patio. My friend and I both had parmesan dishes, she had chicken parmesan which was a huge portion and I had the eggplant parmesan which I hoped to be a little bigger of a portion, at least the size as my friend's chicken parmesan. No salads or soups were included with the entrees, which would be a nice touch, especially for the price point ($20+) The bread that was served was amazing, and paired with peppers. I wish we would have had more, the two of us were given two slices and the heel of the loaf which we shared between the two of us.To go, I ordered the spicy pepper linguini with homemade Italian sausage, my husband said it was great and the portion was giant ($22) Would definitely come back again for the food. The venue is also pretty awesome, surrounded by antiques and a house with many stories.

Beautiful setting outside and inside. classic northern Italian fare and attentive staff. A must stop

Nino's has apparently been around a long time, and it has a quaint family feel to it. It's in an old building and is decorated with interesting antiques and memorabilia. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. We were given yummy homemade bread and tomato-garlic jam as a starter, which we really enjoyed. I had pasta with shrimp, which was great, and just the right amount of food. Would go again if I'm ever in the area.

Very good food and a nice atmosphere at the base of the Laurel Summit. I wish they still had the appetizer bar...always liked it. Nice place for a quiet and relaxing dinner.

I've been here several times and never felt like the food or service was good enough for the price.

Worst pizza I've eaten in my entire life it tastes like hard sweet bread and they put a single piece of cheese on it, it's like they got frozen pizza and heat it up, but that would probably be better

The white table linens were nice, the decor was cozy except for some of the Victorian pictures . But the food was very disappointing. Nothing seemed fresh or super tasty. Was expecting more. May have been an off night but I don't think I'll return.

Loved the food and the atmosphere! The old house is so cool with all of the antiques. The food and service were wonderful. Will definitely be back!

Great restaurant on the edge of Laurel Highlands. Dining area very nice and affordable. Great service.

Stay away unless you want to get scammed. Real easy story here ...-We went in, got seated & took quite a while which is OK. We get it, good staff is hard to come by.We order 2 chicken parm meals and the waiter asks us 'sour or salad' ... common right? They do that at Oliver garden....But no, when the check came they charged us 11 dollars for the side salad and 9'dollars for the side of soup.... I have nothing else to say even thought I could go on.... Have fun getting ripped off if you really want to go here.
