Very busy. Welcoming. Staff was very attentive. Food was really good. Gnocchi and meatballs were excellent.

We visited on our way home from camp. We ordered soup, salad, and chicken parm to share. First, patrons eat at a sit down restaurant to enjoy and relax. This visit felt like fast food. Our dinner was out minutes.,. Very few minutes... after the app, I've never before left a restaurant bc the entree was up too quickly, but there's always a first. It took longer to get a manager (who never bothered to speak to us) than to get our entrees. This also tells me the food might not be cooked (or finished) fresh.. but rather made completely ahead. Noodles take about 7 minutes for any pasta dish.. how did we get chicken parm in record time. If I'm at a dine in establishment, I'm there for an experience, not fast food.

My first time there. 2 adults and 2 children. We ordered a large pepperoni and cheese pizza, chicken tenders and a stuffed pepper with a salad.The food was delicious with huge portions. The decor very casual and the service was awesome. The prices are very reasonable. I will be back and highly recommend.

Best Chicken salad in the area by far. They're always busy but food always get out in a timely manor. Loved the building and feel of it since I've been a kid.

Horrible customer service. One person of the 8 having dinner was late. They refused to seat us until everyone arrived. They lost out on us ordering 4-6 appetizers while waiting. Received one basket of bread for 8 people to share. Tables with only 2 people received the same amount of bread. Food was fine but nothing I'll remember tomorrow. Waitress was very nice and got all our orders correct. The overall experience was completely ruined by the reception person who refused to seat us.

After a local recommended this spot we gave it a try. I can understand some of the bad reviews as there's little seating (hence why big parties are forced to wait if everyone isn't present). The service was good & our waitress was nice. The inside is beautiful, we loved the wood cabin feel. But I wish they'd have had music playing or something though. When the rush died down it was far too quiet inside! The food was good and the portions are MASSIVE. I gasped when our waitress brought out our food. We tried the fried ravioli as an app (10/10!). My husband had a calzone which was stuffed full of meat. I had the chicken parmigiana. The marinara is delicious and perfected, but the chicken could've had more flavor as it was pretty bland. I'd go again and try something else, but all in all we can see why the local recommended this spot.

Love their paglio and fieno( straw and hay) pasta...service was great..I always enjoy going to nicos!

The food was amazing and the portions were very large. The service was excellent. Our waitress came back to check on us often and was very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

For starters, this restaurant has never been clean. The food is entirely overrated. You'll order gnocchi and find the chicken to be overcooked and pieces of other pasta in your dish, like spaghetti strands. It's also infested with mice. Someone in the bathroom had a DOZEN mice fall from the ceiling and promptly reported it to the health department. Kudos to the individual who reported this. The picture attached is from that person. If thats the bathroom, I'd hate to see the kitchen. Indefensible.

If you like protein in your salad you might to tell the waitress you do not like mice. Check the news for June 5, 2024. 12 mice visiting a woman in the bathroom. This is obviously not a very clean restaurant!!
