New Great Valley Lanes

It's not very big. The food is typical bowling alley food. The service is great, and it's family friendly. Very clean. If the food was better they would've gotten five stars

This is where my family goes for our occasionally game nights. Sundays they have a special where it's dirt cheap and I don't feel bad for not finishing a complete game. I enjoy that that staff aren't hovering and don't bother you unless you need to be bothered. The cosmic Bowling was awesome. I enjoyed the music and there's food and drinks. I'm not great at bowling but do enjoy this family bowling place for all ages. They also have a lounge attached where you can enjoy drinks as the bar or you can take a pitcher to your lane.

Cosmic bowling was pretty lame. Music was awful, No concession stand open for snacks, bar closed for 45 minutes after midnight. Best thing about the place was the guy at the front desk who did just about everything.

I will never be back to this place. The lanes don't seem like they're taken care of, they bowl horribly. I went with a group of people at 8:45 (when the hours stated that they close at 10) there was a league playing, and the very rude front desk worker told me that they were closing soon so I said that the hours state 10:00? He said no once these leagues are done with their game I'm closing it up. No wonder they don't have money to upkeep the place! Turning away customers is the number one no-no in business so to put it simply I will never be back there. There's an alley right up the street that is much better and has employees with some class and common sense.

This was my second time going to New Great Valley Lanes. This is a great place to bowl. With the little interaction I had, the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. The overall establishment was very clean, including the bathrooms! It was nice not to have a smoky smell that I usually associate with bowling establishments. It was moderately crowded for a Saturday, but my party of ten were able to get our lanes and not feel claustrophobic with the other people bowling. Overall if you need something to do in North Versailles give New Great Valley Lanes a shot!

Bowling was fun but oh my god!! The customer service was was worse than horrible I brought my kids and didn't know I had to go in the already line long line to say I needed the bumper up the guy was really rude and said go up to the desk and ask all the workers had attitudes the bar shut down early due to a customer having an argument with the bartender so the concession stand lady said she's done too at 10'oclock on a Saturday so they finally opened after a hour and we all literally waited in line while 1 lady took a order and made it so it's my turn I ask for cheese fries and wings I get my order and ask for cheese because she didn't put any on I paid 27$ for food with my card and was told I either had to find 50cents or spend more than 5$ for something else to get cheese when I already asked her for it when I was ordering it she got really sassy and rude about 50cents management obviously doesn't know the employees do what they want and treat people any type of say they lady who made my food literally went outside to call someone and tell them the other employee is shutting the concession stand down ! So as you can see your best bet will be to go across the street to bowl I spent 87$ for my family of 4 just to get treated like crap

Josh was great to deal with, fair, honest and forthcoming with great information and his pricing was more than reasonable. He fitted both my wife and I for a new bowling ball and the fit was great, he even repaired an older bowling ball. Highly recommended.
