I love this place. The food is good. The price is right. There is parking in the back. The location is classic Wilkinsburg. Nancy's is always busy when I've gone on weekend mornings. Yum! I can't recommend this greasy spoon enough. The ambiance is old diner on a low budget and the look hasn't changed in years.

Stopped by for breakfast because I was in the area and I had some extra time to kill. I was the only one there eating in, but saw several to-go orders going out. My breakfast was decent, but I'll admit that I almost didn't stay to order it. This place is definitely a greasy spoon, but not in that nostalgic good way. Realistically, it's just sort of grimy and dirty. I was told to pick any table and it took three tries to find one that was clean-ish. That one came with a menu that was sticky around the edges and growing mildew inside the plastic sheath. A look around showed more of the same throughout. At this point, I considered leaving, but I was hungry and decided to stick it out. The order pad wasn't working, so he took my order by hand with some frustration. He was otherwise friendly though, as was the person who brought out my food. As for the food, I ordered a basic breakfast. It came quickly and was cooked correctly. The softer style of the home fries weren't really my thing, but there wasn't anything wrong with them. Just a personal preference. The thin sausage patty looked a little underwhelming at first, but it was really tasty. Pricing was reasonable for the meal. If I'd ordered takeout, I might have rated it higher, but as it was, I couldn't un-see the general dinginess of the place. I thus ate that meal with a certain apprehension, and for that reason, it's a two from me.

What an incredible dive find! Trust the yelp reviews- this place is a MUST HIT for breakfast! Walking in, it's your typical dinner until you see the hand written chalk sign of all the local vendors, farmers and butchers. A true surprise! Greeted by your friendly 'yinzer, we were seated at a booth and quickly looked over the menu while being served hot, local roasted coffee. We settled on splitting the "Fat Cat" and a side of the homemade biscuits and gravy - fantastic choice! Everything was perfectly cooked and incredibly seasoned. The local farm fresh eggs and sausage couldn't be beat! Do your self a favor and try this place out, you will be glad you did!

Nothing quite like some corned beef hash. Corned beef and potats are a match made in pure heaven. The saltiness of the corned beef and buttery tatos just compliment each other so well. I'm so used to corned beef hash being finely ground that it was a nice change to have bigger pieces of corned beef throughout. I've said it before but Nancy's Revival is a diamond in the rough. It's that classic diner feel, small, homey. But the food is great. #GOUDapproved for sure. Corned Beef Hash (or Smoked Turkey)Homemade corned beef, chopped and mixed with home fries, served with two eggs and toast $12

The service was amazing!!The food was so good! I got an omelet- make your own. Had ham, pepper jack cheese, onions, and peppers! The eggs were so fluffy and delicious along with Bite of ham and cheese goodness in every bite! Potatoes were perfectly done old style chunked home fries!! Guess what not 1 raw potato at all!! This little dinner has the community welcome good feeling! When I am in the area I will be going here! Should have taken pictures but I ate it to quickly!!

Reluctantly stating that this should be thee place for breakfast in the Burgh (all respect to Pamela's) but I doubt many of yinz will venture across the tracks. You should. Maybe for the coffee alone. But certainly for the care and attention and damn good viddles. They use local purveyors and it shows. It's a steal at these prices compared to the usual suspects

This is my kind of diner! Old-fashioned booths, cooks with hairnets and quick waitresses who know everything about the menu and everything about you after the third visit. I love it when someone asks me, "Your usual?" and they remember what I got before. Don't go to Nancy's Revival expecting Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee or scones with lemon curd. Nancy's isn't that type of place. But if you want some delicious basic diner food, come here!Their bacon is outstanding, for one thing. No anemic thin sliced bacon scented slices here. Real deal, thick sliced bacon and lots of it! You want pancakes? Nancy's got them and they're super thin and reminiscent of another local joint's pancakes and just as good. Southern style fried fish and grits? Yes sir! Nancy's has them and they're delicious! I'm not sure what type of fish that they serve, but whatever seasoning and fish they serve is dee-lish-us! Sausage? Oh yeah! They've got sausage and their potatoes are right tasty! Corned Beef Hash with real corned beef? Yeah, baby! Yeah! This place isn't fancy and don't look too closely at the barely existent decor. Breakfast and lunch is what they serve here and it's good! Everyone should have a Nancy's Revival in their neck of the woods!

So weird... I know I left a review YEARS ago (Nancy's East End Diner) and then again a couple years ago when it was purchased by the new owner, Jordan.Anyway, when I lived in Regent Square this was my go-to.I have loved this place forever. And you know what? It only got better and keeps getting better. I'm never surprised by how delicious and fresh all of the offerings are. This is the way a diner should be. The staff are incredible. Seriously they totally seem to love being here. The food is some of the best I've ever had in my life. The havarti and apple grilled cheese is kind-blowing.I've had almost everything on the menu and there isn't one bad thing on it.

A great old fashioned diner and a fantastic local spot in general. The prices are so great and the portions are quite good as well. It's cool they do delivery through Uber Eats as well. I ordered a la carte and got one pancake and one piece of French Toast (not too hungry).I'm glad I didn't order too much because that pancake was pretty huge! I've heard that they are very crispy on the outside usually, but since I got delivery, the crispness wasn't as noticeable. Still, the texture was great. They gave me some complimentary butter and maple syrup to pour on top of this giant pancake. Good stuff! The French toast costs the same, but the portion was significantly smaller. It was quality French toast, that was nice and sweet even without pouring any maple syrup, but not as great as the pancake. All in all, this is a nice breakfast spot in the Wilkinsburg area. Portions are great and so are the prices. Nothing too fancy or out of the ordinary, but good. I definitely prefer the pancake over the French toast.
