I can't thank management enough for their response. It feels good to have someone respond. I know it was a rough review but what was ordered really shouldn't have been ordered as take out.

Swung by with the Mother In Law in tow for a nice lunch. We were greeted right away and seated in a fairly crowded dining room. Our waitress stopped over as soon as we got our coats off to take our drink order and see if we had any questions. The service was really great the entire time we were there. We started with the Romano Artichokes. They came in a broth and were not very hot temperature-wise. The flavor was good but if you're expecting crunchy goodness, you may want to pass. For meals, we had the mahi tacos, prime rib french dip and the huge 1pound fish sandwich. The sandwiches came with hand cut french fries and homemade slaw that really reminded me of my Mom's with mayo, sugar and cider vinegar base. It was really tasty and the fries were spot on. My MIL loved her fish sandwich. The prime rib dip was just okay, to be honest. There was a lot of fat on the meat which, I get is like any prime rib cut you might order for dinner, but didn't belong hidden in a sandwich. The fish on the mahi tacos was cooked perfectly and the flour tortillas were nicely grilled. The odd feature was a big gob of that mayo based slaw on top with sriracha. Fish tacos normally use vinegar based red cabbage that provides acid to offset the fish. Overall, it was a nice lunch and the service was good. We will likely try their food again, especially when it warms up and you can sit outside. That courtyard looked lovely.

In my humble opinion western Pennsylvania struggles with great pizza. It's usually hog wild on the cheese with little attention to the crust and/or the sauce. Especially the crust. Few places have great crust. This place has a great homemade pizza with great sauce and crust. The white pizza in particular is a delicious treat. Crust is amazing. Worth a shot.

Called ahead to be sure they had room for us. Reservations are recommended. Andrew was our server and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our first visit. When we called they asked if we wanted a high top or a regular table. We are tall and like high tops but most are in the central area and a little more echo-y which could be a problem for people with hearing issues because of the high ceiling. But there are many tables in the lower ceiling areas which would accommodate those issues. Food was awesome. Hot. And delicious. DO NOT skip dessert. Sarah makes much of the offerings in house including a Twinkie tiramisu that is better than you can imagine!! WE LOVED IT!

Had reservations with another couple for 7 pm on a Friday night. They had a band playing, I believe, called string theory. The band was great. We were seated quickly, and the band began to play. It's a lovely atmosphere on the patio with the triangle flame heaters. It was unexpectedly a bit chilly, and I am thankful I had a sweater in my trunk. Our table ordered the clams and some some soups, a few drinks, ravioli, and the pilgrims wrap. The food was good, staff was nice everything would have been perfect except the wait for anything was so long, for anythin. Took over 20 minutes for just a can of white claw. I really was having a nice time talking with friends and enjoying the music if at least I would have gotten a drink more than 1 per hour. Yes, we got there at 7 pm, and it took just about 2 hours to finally get our food. The number 1 rule of any place that serves alcohol is to, at the very least, keep the drinks flowing! We tried to be understanding of the wait and didn't say anything and tried to stay positive as they were busy, but for the love of God, please at least bring drinks. Should have just walked into the bar myself to get a drink. Instead of a $100 bill, it could have been a lot more... their loss. We would go back and hope at least the drink game is on point. Maybe they will see this and correct.

This place has become my new favorite restaurant. I was there for the Sunday Brunch which was amazing, although I ate too much in an attempt to try everything, but it was well worth it. I liked the place so much I had to go back and try the regular menu which, again, was amazing. They had so many choices that I wanted to try it was hard to decide. I had the Cuban sandwich with their mac and cheese and risotto, and every bite was great. The drinks were also made to perfection. Can't wait to go back and try some more items. The place is also very elegant and the outside looks like it would be nice when the weather gets better. The servers were also great.

We did not have a good experience to say the least - from the service to the food it was all very poor and I wouldn't recommend. The waitress took a long time in between visits and didn't stop to check in on us. It was 45 minutes from arrival to order appetizers, and another 30 minutes until we were able to place our food order... then another 45 minutes until we received our food. We were planning on taking advantage of happy hour 4p-6p (reservation at 5) but by the time we got our first drink I had to order a second drink immediately because Happy Hour was ending in 5 minutes! Throughout the experience the waitress hadn't checked in on us much, and had forgotten several items throughout service including drinks. It took so long to receive our food, 4 people in our party had to get their food to-go because they had to get their kids home and in bed! Usually the child's meal is brought out first, especially when the hungry child is crying - but tonight it was the last meal out of the kitchen, which ultimately was taken to-go. The garlic cheese curds were a good choice as an appetizer, the Cajun seafood pasta was good, and the grouper was a solid choice. The fries were pretty good, likewise with the pretzel bites and wedding soup. However, the pizza was extremely greasy, we had to dab the oil from the pizza so it wouldn't drip all over the table. The boneless wings were very dry and overcooked, they were just frozen Tyson chicken bites with sauce on the side. The lobster was overcooked and very salty, the scallops were overcooked, the pasta and potatoes were leftover and microwaved, and the fish was just okay. We were also missing items on the sandwiches that we had ordered. When the manager was dropping off the last meal, we had mentioned just some of the issues that we had experienced. She just said "okay" and walked away, no action taken to try to make it right. She didn't seem to care about our experience, which was extremely frustrating considering we spent nearly $500, with gratuity added to the check, for an awful dinner and service. On the bill we were charged extra for honey mustard and $3 extra for the French onion soup (the menu stated an up-charge for the soup, but $3? - no where did it state an up-charge for the honey mustard). It was a terrible experience and I don't think we will be coming back, especially not to celebrate birthdays like we were tonight.
