Moon Palace

This place is a shit show. The only reason I still deal with these people is that it's the only halfway decent place to get Chinese in this area. The woman who works the counter is either decent or beyond rude. There is no in between. A few orders ago they forgot half our order (didn't get charged for it). The order before the current one they forgot to put something I paid for into the box and when I called them her response was "it was in the bag" and then I told her I had no bag and then her next response was "Well have to check our cameras" which to me is that they are trying to say I'm lying. They called me back and told me they would remake it but I was already home a half hour away. Now for today's order. We call and order. While we are at Sheetz, they call to make sure we are coming. In the 5 minutes between that call and us getting there they gave our food to someone else. Then they said they called the customer and told them to bring it back. I'm sorry, but that food left your restaurant with a complete stranger and you think I want it after that? Is that even legal because even when I go to mcdonald's and they hand me the wrong thing out the window, they told me to keep it because they can't take it back. I am currently sitting in my car.Waiting for them to remake this again. While i'm out here writing this review, I told my old man he better go inside because another car showed up to make sure they don't give our food away again. We just got our food and we checked it and it's actually right! Of course, no discount for the inconvenience.

We drove by the area, found our favorite Chinese Togo place. As we walk in, I immediately notice the place was very clean. We ordered S.S chicken and shrimp Lo Mein for lunch. They were very delicious, the stuffs was friendly. We will definitely come back again!
