For starters, this is literally the closest restaurant to my house (it's about 4 miles away), so it's convenient. The food is very good and portions are ample. The people are always very, very nice. They let me tailor my level of spiciness, even for dishes that aren't traditionally spicy. If I'm in the mood for Asian but can't decide exactly what I want, they help me decide. Since I'm a notoriously picky eater, I appreciate being allowed to make substitutions on the menu. They are always willing to work with me. Their food is priced well for what you get & consistent with other metro areas in which I've lived. Considering that I grew up right here, but never tasted Asian (or the American version of Asian) cuisine until I was in my 20s & working in D.C., I was so glad to see a Chinese restaurant open so close to home that isn't a buffet when I came back. The only reasons I give them 4 stars instead of 5 are for 2 things: they charge extra for using plastic if you don't spend at least $10, and they don't deliver. The lack of delivery around here is really bothering me, and it's the 21st century, I live alone, I rarely use cash anymore, fees bug me, too.

We ordered here twice in the last couple weeks. Ming hing is the sweetest man around! Food tastes fresh and service is the friendliest! Portions are large. We used to always get shogun, but we prefer Ming hing now! Thank you!

Awesome Chinese food at reasonable prices. I love the fried rice dishes and the shrimp is the best of any takeout around here. The proprietor is friendly and patient. Since there are no open shops on either side anymore it's easier to order and pick up without being blocked in by thirsty "first"ies clogging up the Dollar General. Order lots and make a couple meals out of it!

Use to be some of the best Chinese food in the area. Since the sale I can say I will never return. I just picked up chicken and broccoli and fried rice 10 minutes ago. I litterally just threw away $14, couldn't even finish it. The rice was over cooked and mushy. Chicken some pieces were so thick they were not cooked. Just a sad day knowing ming hing is no longer on my list of lunch stops.

I've been eating at Ming Hing for at least the last 15 years and it was always THE best Chinese food I've ever had. Yesterday, we placed a large order and it was absolutely awful. Neither Ming, nor his wife were there and it was 2 Chinese gentlemen. If it has changed ownership, I will never get food from there again. It really was terrible different.

In my opinion this is the best Chinese restaurant I've been to in a while. The service was very professional and friendly. Portions were more than I could even eat which is always a plus. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the Uniontown area looking for Chinese.
