Shop local at Miller's Meats!! Great prices, and they have amazing steaks, the best bacon, and the smoked salmon is to die for! I also loooove when they have fresh eggs and that they are also starting to carry some greens and veggies too. Deb & her crew are the best!

I ordered a boneless prime rib instead of a turkey for Thanksgiving at Miller's Quality Meats. They gave me the perfect one for me to roast this holiday season.

I go and get a ham there every year. We don't ever have a problem when service. It's a fantastic ham and worth the drive. We will continue to go there and love their quality!

I'm in Love with this place. I wish we had a butcher shop like this in Vegas. One of the best butcher shops I've been in ever. The lady behind the counter was super informative and had cooking suggestions with some of the unusual cheeses they had [onion, jalapeno, etc].The baked ham on the bone sliced thin is seriously amazing. It tastes just like Honey Baked ham made the best breakfast and lunch sandwiches out of this. They also have Butler Hot Dog Shoppe Gravy in their coolers. If you don't know already about this then you are too late. But if you do know what this is it's pretty amazing. All kinds of sliced meats, deli, chicken, burger, and even BBQ rubs here. This is an awesome place!

First and only time I went in there I was looking for a few racks of ribs for a BBQ. They weren't busy when I went in and when I approached the counter the employee asked what I wanted. I said "I need 3 racks of spare ribs" She then replied "bone in or bone out?" Struggling not to repeat my statement in a smart-a** manor, I simply said bone-in. (What kind of "rack of ribs" doesnt have bones?) She pointed me to some "ribs" in the display already packaged. They were already cut into individual "bones" and when I asked if they had any uncut racks, she said "no". So... I decided that was OK and to take them. 12 lbs worth for friends and family. The next day I took them from the fridge and started opening them. To my complete disappointment, they weren't ribs at all! There was no bone to be found except a few and after inspecting them all, it was clear that what I got were "Country Ribs" Which any rib lover will know, are not ribs, nor are they technically ribs. They come from the shoulder area and not the rib cage of pork. Unfortunately, I had people to feed later and used them anyway. They were a complete disappointment. Employees who work at a butcher shop should know all the cuts of meat. County Ribs are not Spare Ribs. They aren't ribs at all.

I was just here for the first time yesterday. I currently am cooking a pound of bacon I purchased and it inspired me to write this review. This is the most beautiful bacon I have ever seen. I am not a fan of ham salad, but I was offered a sample and it was unbelievable. The quality of everything is immediately apparent at prices that are lower than what I can get at a local grocery store. I will be back to Butler before I know it to visit again. I will mention that everyone I met -- including the owner -- was very kind and knowledgeable.

Also asked for pork ribs. Waited a half hour for someone to check and then bring them in to the front. Guess what? Brought the "country style ribs" which are not ribs. Also asked for brisket. Tried to sell me "flat iron" steak for $12 a pound. Looked like two flank steaks to me. Other clerk came over and said only one was brisket. Both pieces looked identical and neither looked like flat iron or brisket. Not sure if clerks are deceptive or ignorant.
