Just the cutest little cafe just outside of town. So many options on the menu for the staples and the health conscious as well. Many different coffee options as well with flavor shots and a variety of coffee blends available. Cute shop attached while you wait for your food too!

Very cute and quaint cafe in Johnstown! I needed some coffee before leaving town and ended up at Mill House. They offer espresso and specialty coffee drinks, pastries, and breakfast sandwiches. If I had more time it would have been a nice place to sit and spend the morning. Bonus was they make a solid cortado! (It wasn't listed on the menu, but they were happy to make one). Staff was very friendly

Super fantastic way to get the blood pumping through my veins and put a spring in my step!!This local java joint has coffee....EVERY WAY!!!!The best thing is I can walk to it right in the middle of my neighborhood. Daily brews include medium and dark roast. I sprung for the medium this particular day as i was going for a long run later in the AM and wanted to avoid all palpitations or future 911 calls. The roasts are fresh and definitely eye opening. Add espresso shots for that eye bulging look if you desire. All lattes, cappuccino s, or mochas available. Hot or iced. Also make excellent breakfast croissants and sandwiches to complete your morning. Dont forget about the homemade breakfast pastries. Always fresh and warmed upon request. Service super friendly. Prices average. And a nice sit down "library" like environment if you wanna kill some time. Super pumped i have this option to start my mornings off right!!!

One of the best coffee houses in Johnstown! I enjoy stopping in when I'm close by for a coffee and a sandwich. They offer gluten free bagels and bread which is an added bonus! I love the peaceful friendly atmosphere!

After this business changed hands from my mother to another woman to another woman to what appears to be a new couple (I'm quite rusty, my apologies; as I'm sure many of you know, children - as I was a child then - tend to not be very interested in their parent's business affairs), I was worried it would lose its charm. I was afraid the shop I grew up in would quickly become lost to the tides of time and change, especially when it changed to become the Mill House Cafe instead of Sorella Sorella, but! I am quite pleasantly surprised. The coffee is still friendly, the scones and baked goods still bring smiles, the locals are still familiar faces, and the back room appears to still have a deep, saturated hue plastered on the ceiling, and while I can't be sure from the photos as to if it's eggplant purple or a deep chocolate brown, I'd say that the thought is what matters. While I'm sure my nostalgia isn't the most foolproof criteria for a review, I can say without a doubt that this coffee shop was founded on love and will be continued by it for as long as the idea of the coffee shop itself lasts. I haven't been able to pop back into PA for quite a bit, but I cannot wait to stop by for another hot chocolate, followed by a jaunt to Stackhouse Park. I hope this shop remains a community hub for many, many, many days to come. My thanks to all involved.

I love this coffee house! For several reasons...The staff is friendly and service is quick, they have a large and tasty coffee selection, the atmosphere is beautifully decorated and cozy, and the food is delicious. I particularly love their "tree hugger" wrap full of hummus and fresh veggies. Always a fun and relaxing meeting spot!
