MidWest Smoki’n BarbeQue

I had the pleasure of trying MidWest Smoki'n BarbeQue when they set up locally at the Grove City Trade Show. These friendly folks had my mouth watering when I first walked in. There was no way I was missing out on the irresistible smoked treats. Good 'Que is hard to find around here.The menu offered pulled pork, smoked chicken, curry slaw, mac and cheese, beans and Navajo pita - a version of fry bread. I couldn't choose, so I ordered both chicken and pulled pork. Being a curry freak I had to add the slaw. Everything was delicious. The meats were exceptional - tender, smoky and juicy.If you run across an event they are serving at make your way directly together your own smoked feast. They can also cater your event. Truly a smoked treat!

We went to the Grove City Trade Show yesterday. On the way, we stopped to eat, as we forgot there would be food available at the show. But when I discovered there was a BBQ vendor, I decided I had some more room. I am a pitmaster myself, and I can honestly say that MidWest is knocking it out of the park. I'm from the South and have had some of the best, and they rank right up there in my book. Keep it up!
