Espresso flavor has raspberry undertones that shine through the milk. The cortado reminds me of a deep red wine, like a Syrah or a Zinfandel.Top cortado in Pittsburgh, in terms of raw flavor, milk pour, etc.The servers are knowledgeable and attentive. I give it a 4 because the atmosphere is a bit plain, and when I went inside there was no music, so it was calm but eerie.

This corner coffee shop in Ellsworth offers a few food options, including cold sandwiches to-go and a small variety of pastries perfect for your morning commute. The service was fast and friendly and we had our coffees within a few short minutes. If you're planning on hanging out for a while, make sure you keep your coat on, as the door is centrally located near the seating area and each new customer entering the shop brought with them a blast of icy air. The Nitro cold brew was perfectly smooth, and the cappuccino well prepared. One thing that does set Mechanic Coffee Company aside is the dedicated off-street parking lot, but maybe wait until Spring if you want to enjoy your morning brew inside.

I stopped by on Sunday afternoon with a friend around 1pm. We had no trouble finding seating and were able to order right away. I will note, when I asked for my croissant to be heated they said that they only had a toaster and panini press so they put my croissant in the panini press. It came out a little smushed but still delicious. It was a fairly quiet coffee shop with chill vibes. There was always people there but it was never noisy or overwhelming.

Nice and refreshing latte. I got the peaches and cream latte with whole milk and I really liked it. The service was super nice and the warm, and one of the workers/and or owners even brought the drink outside to me even though she didn't have to. The ambiance is chill and a nice spot to bring a book have a coffee and relax

This is what a coffee shop should be! Great coffee, check. Great service, check. I've been trying this place whenever I'm on Ellsworth and it hasn't disappointed. Much better than the one further up the street. Also, it has a nice open layout inside and some tables outside, weather permitting. So glad to have a this coffee shop as an option!

i just walked in there for the first time this past weekend. i ordered their dulce de leche shaken espresso but added oat milk to make it a larger drink. it was incredible and i highly recommend! the vibes were good in there, very open and a lot of light which i liked. service was quick!

Place has solid coffee and that "new coffee place" vibe. Service was quick.Only frustration was that it is not a good place to get work done, with few outlets and no WiFi (yet).

Staff was very friendly, and they have classic coffee options. Ordered a cappuccino, milk options include whole, oat, and skim. The atmosphere was nice with large windows and wonderful natural lighting. Most of the customers were either reading or working, which created a nice quiet environment to get work done on a Saturday night.
