They kept my child safe for nearly 5 years. However, the last two years were awful, staff turn over was huge, and often times you were not aware of the staff turn over until you dropped off or picked-up your child. Everything costs you extra. If you want your kid to make a craft, it costs extra. By the end of I was paying so much for crafts and extra activities so that my kiddo wouldn't' feel left out or bored.They charge a RIDICLIOUS about for "summer camp". So, on top of your weekly child care costs, craft costs, you also have to pay an additional $300-$400 at the beginning of summer. The "summer camp" activities are nothing special and the kids don't get out in the community at all, everything is held within the school. There are many centers in the area that are offering "camps" without additional fees on top of your weekly child care costs.When I left, weekly rate for a pre-k 4 classroom was $338 a week, plus the cost of phonics or craft activities.

We were so nervous choosing a daycare for our son but it was so clear we made the right decision with this center! His teachers, Miss Deanna & Miss Michelle, are incredibly gifted educators. Lincoln isn't even two and not only knows his entire alphabet but also comes home every day with something new he's learned! My husband and I are so impressed with the staff, even the teachers in the other rooms know our son by name. Dana, the current acting director, is outstanding. She knows all the parents, kids, and is so helpful whenever we have questions about anything. Its so much easier leaving our son knowing he is in such good hands!

This was the best option for my son, as a single mother and military member, ChildCare Aware assisted with affordability. Their hours are perfect and the staff is so sweet. They keep me informed throughout the day and have a great schedule during the summer! The curriculum reassured me that my sons education is paramount to them!

Very clean and nice however turn over is a major issue with the employees and the cost is expensive compared to other centers. Not sure it is worth the cost for what we receive because my daughter gets a new teacher @ every 3-4 months and communication between the staff is poor.

I couldn't agree more with the previous two reviews, very focused on money. Its a great looking place but don't judge a book by its cover. Communication poor until it comes to asking for more money for every single extra activity, for what you pay in tuition you would think at least some extra things would be included. The director is a little on the difficult side to deal with, there is a lot of teacher turnover even though we were told there is not when we signed up. I would not recommend this place to anyone its more of a corporation then a daycare. Look around trust me, the other daycares in the area might not have all the bells and whistles but they seem to have more of your child's interest in mind. Just one example is Happy Face across the street, a great place, very focused on chidren and very little teacher turnover.

I love Kindercare mcmurray! The center is new, clean, and well maintained. The most important thing I look for in a child care center are the workers that are caring for my child. The teachers and staff are phenomenal! They go above and beyond for my son. I never feel worried because I know he is in great hands.

The biggest decisions in life as a parent are the decisions that involve their children. My decision to enroll my children at Kindercare was the best decision I have made for them. Each day they are greeted with such love that when I walk out the door I have no worries and know they will be well cared for. The quality of education they receive is the best!!! When my son started kindergarten he was fully prepared and excited to learn. Thanks to the teachers and the Learning Adventures program he was reading, writing, and was 100% ready. When my daughter was at the toddler stage her vocabulary was unbelievable for only being 18 months. Her words were spoken very clearly and in full sentences and her manners were because she had teachers that cared to take the time to model what's right. The best part about Kindercare is the staff have become family to my family. I love the phone calls I receive when I'm at work telling me what they are doing or how their day is going. When I pick them up at the end of the day my kids and their teachers are excited to tell me what they learned and what they will be doing the next day. The teachers love to print pictures which helps me feel as if I was there with them when I can't be. My children talk about their teachers all the time. There isn't a day that goes by where they don't mention their names during our conversations. I LOVE how the teachers and management staff have what's best for my child(ren) at heart.
