Masala House Indian Bistro

This is a wonderful establishment. The inside is amazing to sit and eat and they lunch buffet is amazing. They have a little bit of everything to try if that is what you're into. The Naan is a MUST! DO NOT SKIP IT! The people working are very nice and quick to hive you a refill if needed. Very clean and authentic. Highly recommend

So glad I finally had the chance to stop into this location for dinner! A friend and I came on a Thursday evening around 5:30pm and we were one of two parties dining. The service was impeccable; attentive and friendly. The restaurant is dimly lit with shades of blue and the tables and decor are warm wood tones. We ordered the change omen tikka kebabs and the chicken tikka masala with a side of plain naan. The food took about 15 minutes to come out. We could see the staff working at the grill from our table. The naan was amazingly fresh and had just the right chew/pull to it. The tikka masala sauce was rich and creamy and the chicken chunks were huge and juicy. My friend said the kebabs were delicious, as well. She said they were seasoned nicely and very flavorful. We both left with leftovers and can say that the food, both quantity and quality, are worth the price you pay. Can't wait to go back!

Great food, great service. Very helpful for those that aren't familiar with Indian cuisine. Cap it off with fair prices. And for me, they always have goat dishes.

For lunch, there is a "buffet" - that's what they call it, but really they bring you a plate with rice & a bunch of other food that's all unlimited refills and a basket of naan. They'll bring as much as you want of everything you have. You can order off the menu for an extra fee, but we didn't. I'll return to try the garlic naan sometime. The food was delicious. The service was good. It was sad to see the beautiful bar without alcohol. Seems like a bit of a waste of a great space. The smell is wonderful and I would like to return for dinner to try more of their selections.

Let me preface this review by stating that when they first opened, I tried to patronize this restaurant as much as possible, because I was excited to have a new Indian restaurant close to home. I was here for the lunch Thali on quite a few occasions . . . some days it was good . . . some days it wasn't. It seems that if you showed up right at 11:30, they weren't ready to do business, and you only got a few items on your Thali plate. If you would come later on in the afternoon, you would get a better selection. In addition to the inconsistency, sometimes the food just wasn't that great, such as the one time I was served a dish made from canned green beans. If I come to a restaurant, I want food that is fresh and made fresh. The final straw came when I heard that the health department shut down the restaurant. The shutdown didn't last long, as I think they were opened the next day or two after the shutdown, but I no longer trust a place that needed to be shut down. I haven't been back since . . .

Casual, laid back place offering tasty Indian fare. Portions were small in my opinion for the price, especially the main dishes. Samosa and Mango Lassi we're great. I had Chicken Korma and my fiancé had Goat Vindaloo and we both enjoyed our meals. Service was standard but the food service was incredibly fast. We took longer to decide what we wanted than wait for our food. Will return!

Absolutely yummy food!! I ordered tikka masala with chicken and garlic pita bread on the side. Enough rice and sauce for two people or leftovers for the next day! My only complaint would be I had about 5 small cubes of chicken with my meal. I felt like it wasn't enough for the added cost. I ended up putting chicken I made into the rice/sauce for leftovers and it was still very tasty.I will definitely go back again though!

Incredibly disappointing today when I discovered that the restaurant is actively charging customers double the menu listed prices and trying to cover up their scams by saying their system recently updated. If you eat here please ensure you are paying attention to your bill because they are most likely doubling the cost of your meal to rip you off. really a shame.

I have never tasted s**t before but if I had I'm sure it would taste like the food here. I think they said the owner has won several cooking competitions however i dont see how. The tandoori chicken was so overcooked and extremely dry. The Naan was the complete opposite barely cooked extremely doughy. Please don't waste your money eating this overpriced horrible food. If she is from India she needs to go back. My dinner partner had lamb and ended up getting sick. We have contacted the health department and lodged a complaint.

Hot Indian food prepared fast. Waitress was accommodating and wanted us to have the best experience. Nice quiet area.
