Mario’s 410 Grille

We had a great time at Mario's 410 on Friday night. They have reservations on Yelp...use them! We only had to wait 5 minutes. The inside is greatly decorated and makes everyone feel welcomed. We had a great waitress who remembered everything! We had lobster bisque soup. It had the best taste but I would never have been able to eat it all myself...so rich! I had shrimp and ribbon fries which are my favorite. My husband had regular fries with fried fish. He said it was good but saw a fish sandwich go by and thought that looked better. We can't wait to go back in the summer and sit outside.

The food here is always great. The wings are SO crispy and are a must order. The pastas are delicious. Sandwiches are great too. Hot peppers have so much flavor. The inside can get really loud when it's busy. Service is always very nice and attentive. If you're trying to enjoy the outside patio on nights when there is live music, good luck getting a table outside. There isn't a time limit for the tables outside, so people seem to post up for hours of music rather than venturing over to the bar/standing table areas. Last time we were there, there was also a $10 cover for the live music (which to me is pretty expensive for Beaver County). Overall a great restaurant, just keep the outside dining in mind when it's beautiful weather but there is live music because you won't be able to get a table.

We had gone to this location when it was Thursdays, and it had an older feel to it - a little closed off from room to room, and the food was just standard bar food. Jump forward to Mario's 410, and the owners really spruced it up. Open layout with a more modern feel. We were seated quickly and served in a timely fashion. The two-seater table wobbled, but we made it work. Ordered the dockside burger and fries, and it was tasty. Service was very pleasant.

Have gotten takeout from here many times. My go to is the Mediterranean salad with salmon. Every time it is well seasoned, the greens are fresh, and the staff is friendly. Definitely recommend.

Went at 5pm Saturday for dinner and were turned away at the front door because of a 'ticketed event'. We were told that they weren't open to the public until 6pm. Just as well...the music was deafening and people were spilling out onto the sidewalk, much like the frat parties when I was in college 40 years ago.If you are a restaurant, be open for primetime dinner traffic. If you want to be an event venue, do it on Mondays when you are formally closed to the public and people aren't expecting dinner.*EDIT*I may have been mistaken. Further investigation would indicate that this isn't the family restaraunt I expected.

Went to Mario's tonight with family before we headed back home. Our server was very nice and provided good service. I ordered the Thai chili shrimp wrap with their tomato soup and really enjoyed it. I also sampled my father in laws ribbon fries which was also very good. My husband ordered the crab cake and it was so small we almost couldn't find it on the plate haha! Definitely not worth the money. I'm not sure whether it was the high ceilings but it was also very loud in the restaurant and at one point in addition to the loud noise level it was intensified with kid's high pitched screaming and screeching! I understand it is a family restaurant but parents need to control their kids. Definitely not a restaurant if you want an intimate setting or even a nice dinner where you can actually hear your own conversation. Pizza looked good but no one at our table ordered it.

This is our second time at Mario's 410 Grille and we ate outside this time. The first time we were inside and it was VERY loud! I am deaf in one ear & I rely on my good ear to hear. There was too much of an echo and a large crowd so I wasn't really able to hear my family talking at the table. Anyways this time was much better outside! They have a very beautiful set up and I could hear just fine out there. The service was perfect. Our waitress was knowledgeable on the cocktails and food and she was very attentive. The food we ordered was great! We had the shrimp appetizer, steak pizza, and Rueben. I will 100% be going back JUST for that pizza. It was absolutely phenomenal. The shrimp was tasty and my husband said the Rueben was good as well. I loved the fries. You can tell they were fresh. We will be going back soon I'm sure!

The snarky young man at the hostess stand and young lady there were absolutely disgusting. We had 5 people and they wouldn't let us sit at an 8. We had to cram onto a 4 top and make it a 5 top.The young man cleaned off the 8 top but he wouldn't bring us menus. The waitress was adorable. Her name was Misty and she was very accommodating. However, you can't get your steak medium rare. The 410 salad with chicken was delicious and the big pretzel was delicious too. My Tiramisu White Russian was way too strong. I doubt we will be back

Had a party of 13 and Ally and Justin took care of us. The food was awesome and the waitress was very attentive and the atmosphere was great !

It's disappointing every time we've tried this establishment. Yes we've given it at least 7 tries. Please consider the lack of restaurant choices in the area before you decide we are idiots for giving it that many chances. We wanted to like this place but just simply cannot. We will not be returning for dine in ever again. Maybe best just to order take out but even at that I'm concerned the quality of food won't be worth the higher than expected price tag. The taste of most of the things we tried during every visit was good. Exception being the mussels. They obviously smashed them around in the pan instead of just allowing them to simmer open. I almost broke a tooth several times biting down on pieces of shell (hidden under thick sauce) even after I removed the mussels from the shells. My biggest issue related to the food (maybe it's a small one to you but again premium price demands better) is the presentation, tiny little plastic portion cups for sauces and the serve a number of dishes in a plastic basket. If I'm paying $15 for fish and chips dine in at the very least give me metal ramekins and a plate to eat my food. When things come out to the table with plastic to go ramekins it just makes you feel like they'd prefer you pop a lid on it and get out. So, I decided we wouldn't eat dine in anymore but instead try just popping in for a drink during HH. Again, don't, just don't. HH in this establishment means 1/2 cocktails for 1/2 the price. Not to mention I walked up to an empty spot at the bar and stood there for a minimum of 15 minutes, yes both of the bartenders saw me, while the bar staff closed checks, counted money, cleared plates from guests that were gone, talked to everyone around me and just ignored me until I had to say loudly "excuse me I'd like a drink". Then with a turd in her mouth (Bartend #1) finally said "what do you want"! Truly the rudest person I've ever met in a customer service environment. After being ignored for 10 minutes even the guy next to me said "I think you're invisible!" Finally when I did get service she tried to charge me full price. I was at the bar well before the end of HH but because I was ignored for 15 minutes HH ended. Truly I felt like my presence at the bar was a COMPLETE inconvenience! It was just gross. Lastly, as others have mentioned, every time we did eat there even as far away from the bar as you can get we heard every single conversation like it were being shouted at us through a bullhorn. Best to just skip this place. It's obviously not managed or run by anyone who puts quality or customers first. I'd give it zero stars if it were an option.
