Marco's Pizza

To begin, I had sworn never to order from Marco's again due to previous experiences with wrong toppings and undercooked crust. Sadly, our go-to shop (Kopicko's) was closed and we got suckered by a 50% off Marco's promotion. The order was simple...two specialty pies, one XL Pepperoni Magnifico and one XL Big Cheese. Both suffered from numerous crust bubbles, a rookie dough proofing and/or starting temperature mistake, and sauce and cheese were at bare minimum.The irony is that the discount deals are supposed to drive traffic and build loyalty. If you don't deliver a good product, you are pretty much killing the future business you seek to generate. In our case, you have reminded us to not get suckered again

Ordered delivery from here tonight. I ordered the pepperoni calzone and the 8pc buffalo wings with blue cheese.Prices are great here. Delivery arrived on time (though door dasher accidentally left it at wrong hotel next door). Everything was hot. The buffalo wings were actually pretty spicy! Meat fell off the bones. They were good. I like homemade blue cheese and this was container stuff so I didn't eat it. No celery or carrots come with wings. Hey, $6.99 for 8 wings? Not too bad!The pepperoni calzone was great with the garlic topping flavor. The cheese and pepperoni were cooked inside. The bottom was burnt but not bad enough that it was inedible. I didn't like that they had container sauce with it instead of homemade. But oh well. It was only $6.99. Great price.No knife or napkins or anything in the bag....at least napkins would be nice! Wings are messy.

Absolutely horrendous. An hour past my delivery time and my order hasn't even been started. Claim app trouble. Maybe be you still show no hussle or motivation to make it right. Shame on you

I tried Marco's just for something different in this pandemic year. hahaha Got a Pepperoni Magnifico pie with red onions. It was very good. 2 kinds of pepperoni, both had a distinct flavor, the onions had a definite onion flavor, the sauce was very light with good taste and the crust was good. I ordered takeout, it was ready as I arrived, the price was good, the inside of the store was clean and the staff was efficient and personable. Best of all, no recoil after effects from a pepperoni pizza with onions. That's a sign of quality toppings! Enjoyed it and I will have their pizza again. Very nice.

Delicious wings the BEST let's me know when they are on their way easy ordering. Love the pepperoni pizzas with all the crust toppings.

Placed my order at 5:00 on line. Marco App stated I would get my order by 5:38 then 5:41. 6:00 it stated 6:10. I was then told via text from driver that my order was delivered which it was not. I called the restaurant and was told the driver was on the way which I found to be a lie. Finally I got a hold of the driver who said he must've left it on the wrong porch. Who leaves food on a porch especially when it's 35 degrees out. I called the restaurant back and their solution was to reorder my food. I told them no that I didn't want to be eating at 8:00. They did cancel the order charge but I will not be ordering from them again.

It's Melanie santypal I'm still waiting for you to get back to me about my order from over a week ago that was not fresh I think you could at least give me a new one large pizza I mean thanks

The pizza is delicious and always hot and crispy. The owner is nice and always has a smile when I go pick up my food. The employees are nice and never have a bad attitude. One of the times I got delivery last year, he included a couple free pepperoni rolls, which were delicious by the way. That was so sweet of them as I had been having a hard time in life and was losing faith in humanity. Random act of kindness that I won't forget.

Absolutely the worst place to order anything from! We waited 4 hours for pizza. During this time they told us the driver clocked out, someone left the food (but that didn't happen), and they were supposed to remake our order...twice!! After 4 hours of waiting and arguing the pizza showed up ice cold. Disgusting place and horrible service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

I've noticed that the last two times I ordered from Marcos that the quality of the pizza is going down. First time it wasn't as good, the toppings weren't out at all close to the edge of the pizza. (extra large with dry crust about 3 inches in)Last time one one of the pizzas was cut really oddly, to the point where I had one slice that was about 1/4 of the pizza with another slice that was really small.I asked in their feedback to get a call from management but that never happened so decided to address it here. I'll give them one more shot in a week or so, but if I don't see improvement I'll go elsewhere.
