Mama Rosa's Restaurant & Lounge

One of our favorite spots when we lived in town. I call to get a gift certificate for my mom a couple times a year and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have the best experience. I get no push back bc I can't "just come in and get it" and even better, they always offer to mail it to her themselves!It really means a lot to my family and me that your team steps up like that. Pleasant folks. Nice selection of sauces for pasta. Generous portions and reasonable prices. A nice family Italian eatery! My wife had cheese ravioli with marinara, and our friends enjoyed their eggplant Parmesan,and pasta with calamari.

It was a really quaint, very comfortable friendly restaurant. No reservations and we were seated right away. The hostess was also our server, took our drink order while we looked over the menu. We ordered chicken Parmesan that came with side of speghetti and a house salad ordered with blue cheese dressing, and an order of garlic bread.The Fettuccine Alfredo with a cup of wedding soup. Also with our dinner came a basket of fresh bread and butter. We had our drinks within 2 minutes and dinner within 10 minutes. The owner even came by to say hello and offered us any more sauce or Alfredo noodles. It was like meeting an old friend. The food did not disappoint. I highly recommend and will be coming back to try the eggplant Parmesan. I have to say their meatballs looked great too. The dinner, beverages and tip came to $50 and some change and with every penny.

Went here for a family birthday party there was about 15 of us and let me tell you everything came out in such a timely manner. Everything was great. I started out with greens and beans and a mozzarella wheel. It was delicious and came out quick! For my entree I got the homemade cheese ravioli! It was excellent. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals. Their homemade sauce is so delicious. They have their own private parking lot making it easy to park. I will be back soon

Very traditional Italian, however everything is made fresh from scratch. The prices are extremely reasonable, and everything tasted delicious. The meatballs were huge, but very tender and moist. We were seated promptly, and our food came quickly. Portion size is large, such that we skipped the appetizers and didn't miss them. The Italian bread is good, plus your choice of soup or salad.

The moment you walk in you can feel the tension of how busy the staff is .. this is the 2nd time I have gone to dinner with weird problems...the 1st time was last summer .. Saturday night very busy only 1 waitress waited over 2 hrs for food. There was hardly any sauce on pasta we asked for sauce..charged 4 dollars extra ??? For sauce . ? My 2nd experience we were met with a rushed women talking us into sitting in the bar .. same waitress...very busy ..rushing around so fast you couldn't barely ask for anything without her running away mid sentence..no knives ! We ate our sub par meal with very little sauce again On ravioli that was HARD ! And not good ! Very upsetting and unacceptable to eat a meal with no knives ?? I asked why and was told the new dishwasher dropped the knives ??? I have called the manager before and he does nothing but make excuses and told me to let him know when I'd be in next he's gonna buy me a drink ? Very unprofessional place. I do feel sorry for the waitress who runs like crazy . We will never go back . 2nd time not good not authentic Italian. Very upsetting

Don't eat her if you have anywhere to be within a couple of hours. Sat in the bar took 45 minutes to get our drinks and an hour and a half for food. Had to be at a show and waitress told us a salad would take 10 minutes. Took 50. Had to put food in to go containers and didn't have time to eat.

Went to Mama Rosa's for Mothers Day. We were able to make a reservation and they had a special menu. The food was good and the service was excellent. Julia was our server and she was amazing. I highly recommend Mana Rosa's if you're traveling to Butler.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place. The fried zucchini was delicious, the homemade blue cheese dressing on my salad was excellent and the veal parmesan was the best I've had on a long time.

I love the calamari with spaghetti , I really like it spicy too! It's definitely a favorite of mine at mama Roses! I crave it at times and got to go get it!!
