My family and I stopped in here on Sunday around 11 AM. There were 7 of us in total. Our servers were great and super friendly. I ordered the BLT which came with fries. The food is classic diner food and it hit the spot. This place is also neat because it doubles as a pharmacy. It brings back a bit of nostalgia. This place is a great little diner to check out in you're in the area!

Love this place it was clean. The food was amazing. The service was even better. Nice little hole in the wall place in the middle of a pharmacy so when you're out on Main Street it's gonna be hard to find just go into the pharmacy and you'll see it.

Nice discovery while in the area. I never paid much attention to this storefront, but came to realize it's a pharmacy/ restaurant set-up.Service was super friendly, great menu for breakfast or lunch . Prices are unbelievable for the quality and portion size. Check out their daily specials. Hours of operation caters to a breakfast and lunch schedule. Small town charm and atmosphere. We definitely plan to eat here more often.

Yum!! It's inside of the pharmacy which was a weird concept but I really liked it! The restaurant is pretty small though and we were a table of 10. Luckily, they were so sweet and did a really good job being attentive!Everything here is relatively cheap comparable to VA prices so that was nice. I got the kitchen sink which is the meat and veggie omelette. It was definitely a good size for how much it was. My friend got their chocolate shake and he said it was the best! All of our food came out in a timely manner, luckily. I would definitely come back to this place.

No complaints on the food or service, friendly employees, nice atmosphere, and not overly expensive. Definitely recommend stopping here if you're trying to grab a quick bite to eat and/or relax at the bar whilst sipping on some coffee and eating some dessert

Food was good. Not great but better than a lot of random places we've stopped on road trips before. The servers were complaining in clear earshot of all the patrons that they still had to be working as we walked in. But after we sat down, our waitress was very friendly and helpful.

This is such a fun little place! Definitely a hidden gem. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. As other reviewers have mentioned it's located inside a pharmacy which seemed different and a little strange which is why we chose to eat lunch here while passing through on a road trip. Everything was yummy! Even the kids ate their meals, which isn't always the case when we eat out. The decor was cute like an old diner with a juke box and license plates on the walls. Definitely stopping back in the next time we pass through town!

This is a very historic style restaurant, set inside of an old school pharmacy, small seating area, but amazing flare, you can see how it would have evolved over the years. Yes I would recommend...the fireman sandwich was amazing!!Yes I would recommend, we would return.

Just had one of the best Sausage, Egg and Cheese Sandwiches ever! Locally sourced pork that hasn't spent a lot of time inside a freezer. So good at $5.97 that I did not mind the "Egg Charge" add on due to the national egg shortage (Didn't know about that). Mt. Pleasant was once known as, "Helltown." This is Helltown's Kitchen.

They are basic, but predictable and consistent. Staff is friendly enough. I've enjoyed every meal at Main Street.
