M&P Coney Island

$5 for a double burger & fries? Sounds good to me..! The burger is well cooked, I added lettuce, tomato, onion & mayo & it was perfect. The fries were nice & crispy and the chili is excellent- it has some cheese woven in there and is a perfect fry or dog topping. Delicious...! Next Time I'll get the hot dogs. Their best dressed dog comes with bacon, cheddar cheese & chili and it runs $2.15...! Very clean place, friendly staff, open kitchen so you can watch them cook your food (if you're like that). Lol

Hot do you screw up a hotdog?! Terrible all around. The restaurant was filthy, the staff were clearly miserable. You can see grease on the windows. Just filthy. But the food? Oh man, better for the bin than your mouth. If you want a hotdog, just go to Sheetz. Sorry Coney, I so wanted to love you. I guess I was hoping the a place like "The "O"" (Oakland Pittsburgh, sadly gone)

The BEST Chili Cheese Hot Dogs in the WORLD! The chili is perfection in taste and texture and if you like it topped off with cheddar cheese, it's a beautiful explosion of amazing and tantalizing flavor! I love their chili cheese fries and always buy a pint or quart to take home. This chili sauce is wonderful on many things, and if you're starting your summer cookouts, it's a must have staple.

Having grown up in New Castle, Coney Island is one of the places I have to have before going back to Texas. These are literally "top dogs" I love ordering extra chili on it and drizzling it on the awesome french fries thanks for keeping it real after all these years guys and gals! Coney Island is an "old reliable" restaurant. Try the sundowner, cheese fries, or a dog.

Would give zero stars if i could.Beware of these dogs. For the cost this is a great disappointment! "I went to the new store in Shenango. These are the worst hot dogs I have ever tried to eat. I bought three hot dogs, fries, and a side of chili. The hot dogs are so salty that I took one bite and couldn't stand it. They taste like fake smoke and salt, with no other flavors. The chili was just grease, lacking any flavor at all and super spicy. The fries were the only thing I could tolerate." I do not recommend these dog to anyone.

Their new address is 2654 Ellwood Rd New Castle PA. The hot dogs were cold, the fries so salty and cold. The counter by the drink machine was very filthy as well as the fountain dispensers themselves I was afraid to set my glass down in the spilled beverage syrups. The tables were not wiped off. The floors needed to be swept. The only nice thing I could say was when the cashier took my cash was she removed her gloves.

Ordered cheese fries and cheese dogs, expecting dripping melted cheese like other hot dog shops but all it was, was all shredded cheese. Literallt jusr shredded cheese thrown on top. Not satisfied by the service or food. Should've stuck to Jib Jab.

I did contact MP Coney Island over 4 days ago with NO respone, so Here is my review! I used to love the hot dogs and cheeseburgers.... its been a while but, I ordered 4 chili dogs with mustard, 4 double cheese burgers with chill, I received 4 hot dogs with MAYO only, 1 cheeseburger 3 doubles, i paid over $35.00 for really bad food. I live in the Burgh so I did not realize the error until I got home. We had a separate order of the Chilli bean soup, it was Watters and salty. I was a big fan, WHAT CHANGED? They were also empty when there used to always be a line. Its all in the chilli????? Put it on the hot dogs I paid for. I really hope for a reply from anyone.......
