Another hometown favorite! I love it here, best dressing on their salads. My go-to is their steak salad with fries on top. My mom and I also normally have a side of fries with gravy. Delicious!

We made our first and last visit on 6/27/2016. My husband ordered the chicken finger basket ($6.85). It was nothing special -- very basic, bland breaded chicken fingers and limp french fries -- but edible nonetheless. I ordered the popcorn chicken salad ($9.75). The chicken, fries and cheese that came on top were decent. The lettuce (you know, the actual SALAD part of the "popcorn chicken salad")? It was a heaping pile of SOGGY MUSH laying in a pool of dressing. It was vile. I have no idea how or why it was even allowed to leave the kitchen, let alone be placed in front of a customer. My son asked to order the $3.85 cheeseburger off the regular menu. He was told to order off the kids menu, which resulted in being served a cheeseburger and limp French fries (that he didn't eat) for $6.45. Well played, waitress. The service during our visit was generally poor (no checking in from server, majority of meals were eaten without water refills, server was not on the floor for most of our visit).Overall, it was a really disappointing experience. Can't and won't recommend.

This here was amazing! It's simplistic and flavorful. The salad dressing is to die for. I absolutely enjoyed everything today about my lunch. I enjoyed it so much that I forgot to take a picture. I had the Spicy Steak "Rob", topped it with some salad and just smiled. Amazing, that's all I can say.

I am very biased, because I grew up eating here. Going back when I an in town (which is infrequently) always brings back good memories. Even now that I don't eat meat anymore, I still get a large salad with the fries on top, just how they do it in the Northeast! Portions are huge, there is tons of melted mozzarella and provolone cheese on the fries, and that crazy delicious dressing on everything. I even bought two jars of dressing to bring home this time. This divey sub-shop isn't for everyone, but I still love it and will keep going back every chance I get.

Every time I visit friends in Hollidaysburg I always go to Luigetta's. The small sandwich shop is locally famous for their salad dressing.I went there for service and it was very good. Lisa was very friendly and welcoming.

I grew up eating Luigetta's and visited on a recent trip back to Hollidaysburg. The dressing is as yummy as ever but the subs barely had any meat which was pretty disappointing. It was my boyfriend's first time and he was really unhappy with his sub. I wish they would offer more substantial subs or replace some of the fried stuff on the menu with other options. The salad is great and all, but no one wants a lettuce sub.

Great place for a burger or a steak sandwich. They put something called brown salad on the steak sandwich of which I am not a a fan, but without it they are EXCELLENT. A great little place for a sandwich and fries.

This was my second visit to Luigetta's, the first was at least 15 years ago, and the house dressing is still the same and still very tasty. I'm sure it's not the same batch. For a Saturday evening, the dining room was almost deserted. The decor was so-so, but I'm not swayed by a nice atmosphere if the food isn't good. The Italian hoagie seemed a bit sparse in the meat department, with the thickness in the center of the sandwich being about 3/16", and not a good value. Rather a middle-of-the-road experience. My wife's special, spaghetti and meatballs, was only average fare. They have standard fountain drinks and the iced tea came from the same fountain, again, in keeping with the overall "averageness" of the place, With other restaurant choices in the area, I'd be hard pressed to recommend this one.
