Service was great, prompt and efficient. Got the birria tacos, and the meat and rice were delicious, but the taco shells weren't crispy, so they were hard to eat. They were really soggy and falling apart. Great flavor, though. Also, apparently they let the workers drink on the job. Saw a waiter who was on the clock just chilling at a table drinking a shot who then went to take an order. I mean, whatever if that's their policy, I just found it a little odd that they allow this.

You might not expect anything special from this Mexican joint off 80 east, but the food was surprisingly good and authentic. Loved the burrito, which was incredibly filling. Fajitas were also ordered at my table and were also good. I won't be back because this was a quick pit-stop on a bigger road trip, but I would definitely recommend you stop by and check them out if you're in the neighborhood.

I am extremely happy to share that Los Girasoles is an amazing, authentic restaurant. They absolutely nail it on every level. The staff is friendly, helpful, attentive, and know just how to treat their guests. The menu is chock full of delicious options that stay true to being culturally on point. They have a good selection of adult beverages and desserts to satisfy taste buds and tummies of all ages. Not only was I surprised at the authenticity of Los Girasoles, I was legitimately shocked at how delicious the food was. It's extremely rare to have a meal that tastes as good as it looks. Even more rare to have food so incredible outside of California mainstays or Texas border towns. 10/10 and I wish this place was closer to home. Outstanding.

I'm from California so I guess I'm spoiled when it comes to good Mexican food but I saw the reviews for this place were decent so I stopped here for dinner on 10/30/2020. The steak & chorizo tacos I got were good but there wasn't any pineapple in them as it said there would be on the menu (the pineapple would've made them better). Another issue is that the guacamole pictured on the menu showed that there were tomato, onion, and cilantro in it but the guac I got was lacking in all three of those. Also, there was a noticeable piece of the avocado peel in my guac (see photo) so that was disappointing.

Now Called La Terraza they are doing great thing at the Restaurant with an outdoor dining area but one thing that has always been the best is the food there as well as the staff..Friendly and on point they will wait on you pronto..A beautiful comfortable spot for dining..We never leave here hungry but more importantly is we also never go away unsatisfied either..I always have to ask for a box to take home what i can't finish..The chips and salsa they bring to the table is amazing just in itself..i always have to slow down so i don't fill up on them before my food arrives but that's another thing.. we never have to wait too long no matter how busy before they bring out the plate of food..Awesome place and i have yet to find a better one
