Los Gallitos PGH

The tacos were honestly great! We enjoyed the salsas they provided as well. The chorizo queso was hands down a show shopper! We liked how friendly the staff were and liked how they had pagers to let you know when the food was ready.

I stopped by Los Gallitos when it was parked at Stick City Brewery. The food truck offer authentic style tacos, tortas, and tamales. I ordered a 3 taco basket with asada, carnitas, and a pork. The meats were all very good and they offered some the typical authentic self-serve toppings like salsas, onions, limes, etc. I'd stop by next time they are in the area.

101/100 I'm from Chicago, and I had the best birria tacos I've ever had in my life at this food truck. Meat was tender and juicy, the ajous was deliciously flavorful, and the tortillas were fresh and crispy. Tons of fresh toppings you can add yourself (cilantro, onion, pickled onion, lime, salsas, ect). The man who owns the truck and the kid who worked the register were so kind and lovely I will definitely be a regular here in the future.

We worked with Los Gallitos for a private party and the family that runs this truck could not be nicer. We had guests from across the country and so many of them noted that these were their favorite tacos ever (with the chorizo filling being a particular highlight). The team made a special spicy salsa for us and it was a hit! We also were impressed by the ordering system that they used for a large party with individual buzzers so that people didn't have to wait next to the truck. Highly recommended and we can't really cannot say enough nice things about the family and the food!

Absolutely delicious. The Cuban and the empanadas is what I had and they were top notch. Also these guys are so friendly they are running a great truck! Will be on the look out for wherever they are that's for sure
