A small selection of raw ingredients at good prices. (Best place for corn tortillas and beans). The real gem though are the authentic homemade, chicken and pork tamales every Sunday. I love the chicken ones. Get there early or order ahead and they hold some for you. They're the best I've found since moving to the burgh.

I went in and told the woman behind the counter what I was making, and she gave me some tips on what I was making. The food turned out great. It is a nice little grocery. I will be back.

Rude. I called on the phone to check if they had Pre-made Birria today as they had in the past when I stopped by and the man on the phone acted like he had no idea what I was talking about. He rudely continued to tell me that "THEY ARE CALLED CARNITAS" Now I am not Hispanic but I lived in Los Angeles for the last couple years and know carnitas & Birra are not the same thing. Did not appreciate the attitude and will not be returning to this store.
