Los Bajitos Mexican Restaurant & Grill

After moving to the Pittsburgh area 6 months ago, we Finally found some Delicious Mexican food!Service was great.All the employees were very friendly!We'll definitely be going back again and again!!

Good food, decent portions and reasonable prices. The server was prompt & pleasant. The room was brightly decorated and was clean. Nothing fancy but a mix of booths and tables in one open room. I may have to check out the connected bar - it appeared that they took food in there too. Give Los Bajitos a try- Delicioso.

Wow! We had an amazing dinner last night, and leftovers were great as well the second day. I ordered a chimichanga special that was out of this world. Opted for shredded chicken along with rice and beans on the side. My original mojito had me very happy... Also we ordered the mango salsa, with nice size chunks of veggies and it was so fresh and delicious. But the chips were stale. But I'll definitely be back.

We stopped here for early dinner before heading out. It's a different set up as you order at the counter then sit down. There is a bar connected from the other restaurant next door you can order from. The menu has a little of everything and some favorites. They also had a specials board. My only let down was the salsa, so I'd opt for cheese dip next time. My husband and his friend said best birria tacos they ever had.

This restaurant used to be Los Chiludos but was acquired by new owners and became one of three new establishments which includes Fuzed (an Asian restaurant) and The In Between (a bar) - pictures attached. I believe this restaurant kept the same kitchen staff. The inside of the restaurant remained the same which is small and nothing special. However, they have a nice outside deck with some beautiful views even though one view includes the parking lot (pictures attached). You can also dine in the bar. Service was great. You order at the counter. However, the guy taking my order offered to split my order for no extra charge when I asked for an extra plate. They give you a number and bring your order to your table. We SPLIT the Texas Burrito Bowl. It was a very generous portion (picture attached). It includes chicken breast, steak, shrimp, onions, peppers, pinto beans, rice and guacamole. Comes with a mild green salsa. Caution-the red salsa is really spicy. Really enjoyed this meal. This is a great local restaurant. Food is good and authentic. When the weather is nice, sitting on the deck is a great hang.

Always looking for good Mexican in Pittsburgh & can't seem to find it. We sat in the bar area and it was busy. I will say the fire roasted salsa was amazing. I didn't care for the chips, they seemed old and very crumbly. The guacamole was fresh but had no seasoning. I had to ask for salt & pepper that took a bit cause the waitress was so busy. Don't get the queso cheese, it's the cheese that comes in a large can that you get for your nachos at the ballpark. I was craving and enchilada, it had great presentation, the beans were good but the inside of the enchilada was cold. We didn't want to bother the waitress due to the time to get her attention & being busy that we asked for our check. Paid the bill & seen we were charged for 4 margaritas when we only had 3. I just paid the check cause I didn't want to deal with waiting. Great happy hour prices though

Food was delicious and very good pricing. The restaurant is on the smaller side, but very clean and on theme. Workers were super friendly and helpful!

Please allow for Uber Eats pickup! I would get this nearly everyday with my Uber cash but live within walking distance. Instead I go to other places more frequently because they offer Uber Eatz pickup....

The food is amazing! This is my top number one favorite Mexican restaurant. I'm not huge on seafood, but they have the best fish tacos that I've ever had. I saw someone order them and I don't know what possessed me to order them but I'm so happy I did and I've never looked back. They have amazing quesadillas And I love their different salsas. The service is always fast and friendly and the restaurant is in a quiet location that I just happened to stumble across one day and I'm so glad I did.
