Great family run business who put their customers first. We've been here many times for birthday parties and a few times just to bowl. The kids like the food and the small arcade there. The adults like the bar :)Sounds like they are going through some renovations soon which will be awesome when complete. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

Great place. Always a fun time when I go here. Great little arcade for the kids, refreshments for both young and old, and good food. New ownership making a major difference already and I can't wait to see the fruits of their major investments they are making into new equipment.

Every since I was little I have gone to Lokay Lanes! I always had fun bowling with family and friends! I've been lucky enough to have joined in on some league nights as well! My cousins and I always have a blast when we go! The atmosphere, food, drinks, and lanes are great! I would absolutely recommend to other friends and family l.

Justin, we only interacted with your staff regarding your broken lanes. The staff offered your number after informing us about the Groupon which says the monetary value will still be honored after expiration as anyone who has used Groupon knows. My whole group had to each walk to the other end of the place to find a single ball that wasn't busted. The scores were messed up because the lanes would either not rack all the pins at the beginning of someone's turn, re-rack ALL of the pins on someone's second half of their turn, or just get completely stuck no matter what we did on the computer to fix it. This was every turn and we didn't say anything until half way through our game. This wasted so much time until we had to ask for a new lane. The music was all hip hop and rap from the 2000s that were bangers in the club back then and still completely inappropriate for the small children who were having a birthday party. The group next to us could not stop laughing at that fact. It wasn't just us! Plus, the patron at the bar was commenting on how the new owners made everything more expensive. It was not just our group. The fact you would try to attack my honest review by calling us rude just shows your poor business skills as well.

Went here for a birthday party and the manager didn't do to well. She brought us out black burned pizza, didn't start setting up until we arrived, and wasn't the most polite. The lady who came in afterwards was so sweet. She gave us free pizza because the others were burnt and made sure everything went well. She felt bad how the manager went about the party. Otherwise was a great experience but they definitely need new management.

The ball return did significant damage to my ball and others at my lane. The pin setters malfunction regularly. Overall condition of the building is bad.The staff was friendly, other than that, it was cluster F.

New management does not care about customers. Very poorly ran, constant broken lanes. You are better off going somewhere else.

If you are looking for a throw back bowling alley this is it. They have updated touch screen computers but the rest of the place is still in the 90s. My husband and I had an amazing time. We are not competitive bowlers so there might be some things we didn't notice but the place was clean and the staff made us feel welcome.

Had a great time celebrating my girls' birthday parties today at Lokay Lanes! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Food and drinks were included with the party cost, and a table for food as well as another for presents were already set up with birthday table cloths. Would definitely recommend for a birthday party. Everyone had a great time!
