Pottery wheels for use during our open studio time, as well as for private lessons with our talented instructors.
Our painting walls are great for doodling with your extra paint! Who else lets you paint on the walls!?
Take plenty of time to explore. Still not sure we saw everything available.

I searched almost all of Pittsburgh to find availability for a private lesson on wheel throwing and everywhere was basically booked up until next year. Then I found this studio that had plenty of availability with very seasoned instructors. I took a private class with Leslie and it was amazing. She really took the time to teach and guide me through wheel throwing, and was VERY patient with me. I knew nothing about this art and when I came out, I felt so accomplished. Also, she's an amazing artist and has been doing this for a very long time. I will definitely be back for more classes!! The price of a 1.5hr private lesson was actually pretty affordable compared to all the other studios I researched too.

We spent a few days at Little House Big Art and had the most fantastic time. The variety of materials is unprecedented. As ex-craft supply collectors we were thrilled to have the opportunity to create so many things without having to store all of the supplies ourselves. Elizabeth is a kind and patient host and instructor. I can't say enough about this experience. What a way to spend a weekend with a great friend and meet a new one.

Tried calling this company before and throughout the weekend, to ask about availability of their class offerings. Left voicemails during their open hours and never got a call back. Was really hoping to enroll in a class while my out-of-town friend was visiting. Guess they don't need the business.

I loooove this place and Elizabeth is the sweetest. I stopped in during an open studio with my two year old daughter on her birthday. We were the only ones there during our visit. It was a great place to spend some one on one time with my daughter. Lots and lots of crafts for kids and art supplies for grown ups too. I love the variety and versatility of the space and the supplies; it encourages creativity and imagination. I see some reviews complain about the location, but I rather like it. It's close to the city, but feels remote. Like your own little art retreat. I've been meaning to stop back in but haven't had the chance. Will definitely visit again!

I was looking for an affordable place to get back on the pottery wheel and Little House was the answer, great pricing and no studio sitting fee. I started hanging around the studio late last year to work on my own projects- and this year I started teaching my own classes there, I love being in the studio teaching all sorts of people and having fun.If you love being artistic and crafty or spend years of your life staring at Pinterest I totally recommend checking this place out.

What a great little gem, hidden up in Spring Hill. Make a terrarium, rainbow bracelet, throw some pottery -- this place has it all for arts and crafts. Wonderful for kiddos and parents alike. Would give it 5 stars, but for the somewhat remote location. :)

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. We had purchased a groupon for an appointment. It was a very special day--Our one year anniversary. We were already there waiting for her. She called 10 minutes before our appointment and said she had to cancel. It ruined our anniversary. She then told us that we can reschedule for any day after that day. We tried calling again and leaving messages that were not returned asking for the next Saturday. She didn't get back to us until THAT day and told us she can't schedule us until 2 weeks later. So we schedule for two weeks later. THEN on the same day as our appointment, she canceled 1 and a half hours before our appointment!!! Terrible way to run a business!!

I adore this place! I re-learned how to throw on the pottery wheel since my last practice was in highschool, and my teacher was so kind and made an effort to make sure I was satisfied with my work. The overall ambience is magical and dreamlike. Every worker there has been kind, attentive, and relaxing to be around. Not to mention extremely affordable and accessible. Definitely a safe space. I highly recommend coming here for any creative venture, relaxing outlet, or just wanting to meet new people.
