This place is so good! It's family owned and you will see the family cutting fresh potatoes in the back and making everything fresh! You will be getting good quality food! The family is so nice and friendly. I get the Greek salad with fry's and no cheese!

Took a stroll through Mellon Square Farmer's Market (every Friday from 11:00am-1:30pm) and was quickly drawn to the line that was forming outside this booth and the heavenly aromas! There were easily 12-15 different types of main dishes that were being served hot, several desserts and a couple different salads. My wife and I didn't have much cash and had left our cards at home so we opted for the $3 buffalo chicken pita (tasty but not worth 3 bucks in my mind) and the $4 stuffed cabbage which was a monster of a roll and was absolutely fantastic! Great flavors and piping hot! I can't wait to go back next week and try a few more items!

Fire time stopping by their spot at the Market Square Farmers Market! The vegetarian moussaka and the spanikopita (probably spelled wrong) were delicious. Full of flavor and a good portion for the price! Haven't eaten the baklava yet but it looks like it'll taste amazing. Will be back to visit them all summer long!

We tried the moussaka, the grape leaves with beef, the lemon potatoes and the beef gyro. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned and the real deal. Particularly the moussaka and the lemon potatoes. Yum!

I've had a number of items from here during the Saturday night market downtown. (I think they do the summer market square farmers market, too) their food, desserts, and service are top notch! If I'm at the Market I'm working and the people on my tour ALWAYS enjoy their food as well.

This is the best Greek spot in all of western PA. The owners are literally the best people. The food is absolutely out of this world. The grape leaves are so big and fat. Yum!

I haven't been to Ambridge, this company comes to the Farmers Market in Squirrel Hill. Their Grape leaves stuffed with meat are the best I've ever eaten, and I have tried many. The Patstitio is tasty and the portion was very generous. I loved the Moussaka, the custard was so creamy with the meat seasoned enough to balance it. If Little Athens was in the city I would be a regular! I look forward to Sundays when the Market opens.

Little Athens is a mainstay at the downtown Market Square Farmers Market during the summertime. It always has the longest line of any hot food vendor, and for good reason. Their selection is unmatched, portions are enormous, and it's DELICIOUS. I usually get the moussaka (veg or regular), and once in awhile I treat myself to a dessert. I always tell myself that I'm going to order something different because so many of those trays are calling my name, but I usually stick with the moussaka because it's so delicious. Don't let that crazy line scare you off; they move at a pretty decent clip during the lunch rush. A few words of advice, however:-Scan around the 3 sides where they have the food on display before you jump in line. There is a lot to take in, and it will be really tough to do after you're already in line.-When it's your turn to order, don't dither. They'll be pretty patient with you if you don't know exactly what you want and/or need to ask a question, but the more resolute you are by the time you're up, the better off everyone will be. You might have another opportunity to add something when you come around the bend and approach the register.-They do take cards, but I think there's a minimum. If you're paying with cash, have it ready!

They say the food is really good when they cater I stopped in the store there's nothing in there but a couple racks of Greek deserts. They do have a good deal on gyros every Monday from 3pm to 7pm for $3.00.they also have a big menu of Greek specialties. I tried the lame gyro it was excellent.

The dishes are delicious, and there is something for everyone. Veggie forward and meat based meals are well seasoned.
