Lil Bunny Indoor Play And Party Place

I called Lil Binny prior to noon to find about about the schedule for open play. The site manager told me that there was a party at 4:00 and that open play had to end riot to that time. We arrived at 3:00 and were told the information provided was incorrect. This information left us with a very sad (and teary) toddler. The team member on site was unconcerned and walked away. We reached out to the site manager and we're treated in an equally as dismissive manner. When dealing with children, a business should not change times and give bad information. A very bad experience.

Great place for kids. I took my 3 kids of different ages here last weekend. The staff is friendly. Very colourful place, lots of toys. They have separate party area. I'm thinking to book a party there. Recommend!

This place is absolutely horrible. Every website and social media says it opens at 11:30. The door says opens at 12:30. you call and they say they open at 1 PM. Currently 1:22 PM and still not open. We would've loved to enjoy this play area but wasted enough time waiting around for it to open. Don't waste your time with this place.

I haven't visited yet but based on the response to a customers disappointment I won't waste my time. Unprofessional and dismissive response. It seems they tried but failed.
