Le-Ara Farms

I've been making kefir for a couple of years now, and the raw milk at Le-Ara farms is the best. Their meat and eggs are also excellent. Very friendly staff too. Love this farm.

I am writing an update to my review of Le-Ara Farms. I went back to get milk and was concerned that the owner was not wearing a mask or gloves when she poured milk from the vat into milk jugs. I also watched multiple people, unmasked, come into the small room where social distancing is not possible, and lean over the open milk vat. I asked the owner to please wear a mask and gloves, She told me that she did not believe in the "virus" and refused to take basic hygienic precautions. I called the appropriate people in the state department of agriculture and they arranged two separate types of inspections.

I love the friendly atmosphere and high quality products sold here. The milk is always fresh. The meat is delicious. I enjoy shopping there for my family.
