A solid three stars, I have been twice and de used to wait until I actually took my daughter on my own. I didn't think it would be fair to rate them on a birthday party experience. I think this place could be so much more, but I suppose for the area it's fine. I think 15 dollars for one hour of jumping plus 2.50 for socks is on the high side. I hate to compare but in El Paso, Texas where I come from you could jump for 2 hours for that price. They do no offer a military discount either. Which is always a bummer. I thought that the front staff was nice enough. And the facility was clean enough. My daughter had a great time. The foam pit is a little small. They have a overlooking area which is a cool concept so the parents can see all that is happening below. A few fairly priced games upstairs and a nice area for parties. I will be back for sure. I just wish it was a bigger space.

The place is clean, fun, and sanitary, the employees are friendly and hard working! It's great for kids, and even parents! Kees us all busy for a great hour! The dodgeball activity was fun, as well as the basketball! Although it is harder to view from the observation deck, it was a blast! Also some of the trampolines were loose and some were as hard as the floor, but overall a great experience!

The kids had fun, but I wouldn't recommend this place for a birthday if you value your money and time the kids can have for the party. We rented the private room, which came with jump passes for an hour of jumping, and an hour to the party room. We were supposed to have 15 minutes to get everything ready before jumping, but we didn't get that due to being told our room wasn't ready. We never got the extra 15 minutes we lost back, and were told they could jump 15 minutes more, but would still have to be out of the room on the set time. So while everyone was completely rushing for everything in the party, and trying to load up and get out, there were 3 employees waiting and staring at us to start cleaning out the room. We also weren't greeted or instructed to areas but the host we were supposed to have.On top of being already expensive for a room and time lost, they don't allow for external meals, except for desserts. So either you pay a fortune for pizza (that is brought EXTERNALLY from Fat Angelo's) or you simply don't get food for a literal birthday party. They did provide an ice cream cake and decorations, but when asked for the party girls name, we were expecting the cake to at least have her name written on it.We won't be having anymore parties here, and if I could take it back and get a refund for better venue, I would. Leaving 2 stars, just because the kids had fun jumping.

We had the worst experience ourselves today! We had a smaller party of 9 boys, some didn't arrive exactly on time as we are from outside the local area so maybe got 30-45 mins jump time, the kids could care less about eating they just wanted to jump!! Then told we were to stay in the room for a whole hour!! Like what are they supposed to do??? So ended up spending over $50 to buy tokens for the kids as and attempt to save the party. Total disaster!! The manger is completely rude! Gave dirty looks and nothing was mentioned prior about no outside food and drinks, just kept repeating she tried to call us she tried to callUs. we were told we couldn't add pizzas to our order cause we finally got a hold of someone the day before even though I had returned calls prior but got no answer. And then told we could add chips, sodas. We ended up bringing in pizzas to accommodate our guest and were immediately treated horribly cause we brought in the pizzas, what else were we supposed to do FYI the pizzas are brought in from a local pizza place that to order 3 pizzas would have been nothing, total laziness! You'd think that as paying guest you'd be treated better Nothing has improved, whoever came up with this policy needs to seriously rethink this cause word is getting outThe chips and sodas we added on were super lateNo other trampoline park around has these kind of rules I should have went to Urban air or sky zone but CHOSE this place There was like 5 kids total there on the trampolines, we even tried to pay for additional time for them to keep jumping and were told no Biggest mistake I ever made, my son and his guest were very disappointed, still trying to shake off this horrible experience, I've never seen a manager so unprofessional The other staff however was very polite

When I was at Launch Pad with my 2 grandchildren and their friend, one of them is 11 and the other two are 13 years olds. There was another girl who can up to my 11 year old grandson and started punching him in the gut and grabbed him by the neck while cussing at him. She was also cussing at the younger children during the game of dodgeball. All that my grandson had done was while playing dodgeball through a ball at the other girls back. So he told my granddaughter and she decided she was gonna try to tell the girls dad what she had done. But before she went on with her plan, she went over to confront the girl and instead got cursed out and the other girl stormed off. So her and her friend made friends with these two boys who were around their age and asked them to come help talk to the girls dad because they were scared to go alone. As they were going upstairs where the girls dad was he was going down the steps cussing and mentioned something about his daughter. So my granddaughter and her friends stayed upstairs for a moment and decided that they weren't gonna resume their original plan because "they were scared out of the mind," or so they said. Then they went back downstairs and continued jumping. My granddaughter, who is 13, decided to try to apologize to the girl. She went over to where the girl was and said, "Listen I'm sorry if I did something to hurt your feelings." Then the girl stormed off, muttering, back to her dad and they left. From where I was sitting I could hear her dad muttering the whole time. My grandchildren and their friend are convinced that the girls dad was on something, drugs. Afterward as we were leaving they told me everything that happened. I don't understand why people like this are allowed in places where little kids like to play.

Okay place for a birthday party or special occasion... If you don't have a trampoline. It's pricy otherwise. The bad thing is there were about 30 elementary school kids there while they played a full track of touch me feel me porno music. Completely horrible songs for kids. Change the track.

I found this to be a great time for the kids. It is a great energy burner and fabulous exercise for them. Pricing is good compared to what I paid at a similar place it Pittsburgh. I will definitely be taking the kids back.
