I had a flight canceled on Monday the 22nd. It was later in the evening so I chose Laquinta as it was closest to the Pittsburgh airport. I was so so pleased with everything! The night and day staff were so nice and helpfu! They arranged for a late checkout and shuttle ride. My room was very clean, no noisy neighbors, housekeeping staff were very friendly! This hotel is extremely outdated. The staff was not informative at all. The hotel has an odor. My cold water did not work. The only good thing about my experience was that it was located in a good area as far as entertainment goes. I will not be back.Customer Service 1-5=1.5Room 1-5=2Area 1-5=3.5

We were on vacation and decided to stay here. The cost was $80 for a room with two beds. It's your basic hotel. There was a closet with a lot of space to but your clothes. I like that the beds had a lot of pillows. The beds were pretty comfortable. There was a microwave and mini refrigerator so over we had a good experience.

Overall, very solid hotel in the area. My husband just needed a clean place to stay the night and this place for the bill. Pros: -Check in was pleasant and speedy. - Staff was nice and cordial. - Getting to our room (from the closest entry point) was very easy. - Room was clean. - Bed was comfy. Cons: - Not enough parking. Many guests have to park in the Bob Evans lot next door (which the front desk informed us they had a friendly agreement with Bob Evans) - There's only one elevator and it's very slow - The building itself is quite large and it makes for a lot of walking to get to one's room if it's not located near the middle of the building - the floor in the room was in desperate need of a clean Overall, would I stay here again? Yes! Overall very solid and adequate nights stay.

I arrived at this hotel later than expected due to delays implemented at the airport. . My travel was done on a Friday. My connection flight to Orlando was delayed a couple of times due to weather (rain thunderstorm). I traveled with a carryon. I rode a dart to ground level for transportation. I received a message from the hotel informing me to call for pickup and wait at door number 8 . I called the hotel informed the front desk personnel I needed a pickup. The time given was 15 mins . The driver arrived in roughly half that time. Which was a blessing as it's now dark outside and I am in Pittsburgh for the first time . The reviews didn't lie about him . He is a nice gentleman he took my bag and placed it in the back of the van. I read several reviews and was on the fence of what I would fine once I checked in and saw my room . To my surprise my debit card was already charged for my stay. I told the young lady it was a pay at hotel request. I asked what date did that occur she advised no date shown but she confirmed the last digits of my debit card. There is a sign stating no taxes to be charged for military members. I told the supervisor who checked me in I am a military member and could show him proof with my disabled veteran status he ignored me and proceeded to check me in . I brought the matter up again when a young woman joined the front desk . She was the one who told me my stay was paid in full . I handled my ID card to the supervisor who initially ignored my request . He looked puzzled looking at my id. I said I am a disabled veteran then he replies sorry it only applies to active duty . I replied oh right theres a loop hole . I plan to follow this up with the company as the sign made no indication of such . I received my room keys and caught the elevator to the 3rd floor. When I opened my room door the a/c was blasting the room was cold. The thermostat was set at 60. I turned the a/c off . It was only 72 degrees outside. I booked a non smoking deluxe room with two double beds. My room was decent and seemed to have been cleaned but I brought lysol wipes and disinfectant spray. Around midnight I heard men speaking loudly outside. Breakfast is served beginning at 4am till 10am. I went down at 4:30 am to peep it out . The complimentary breakfast consisted of brewed coffee , dispenser for juice with a note stating orange and apple juice are in the cooler. I also saw a half gallon of milk inside and a few cups of yogurt. There were three dispensers of cereal . Corn flakes , raisin bran and fruit loops. Plain bagels , raisin and cinnamon bagels which I chose and everything bagels . There were packages of muffins . There were a variety of jelly / jam I chose grape . I toasted my bagel with their 4 slice toaster which took a long time to me. I also took a container of cream cheese spread. There was a large dispenser of water with ice. I poured myself a cup of water . I am not a fan of orange or apple juice. There were two flavors of instant oatmeal. I chose apple cinnamon and a bowl with utensils. Fruit offered were small red apples and small tangerines . I took two tangerines for later and placed in fridge in my room as I like my fruit cold. I thank God I don't have a horrible story to tell about my room . Honestly I chose this hotel because of the free 24/7 airport shuttle. I am in town to attend the Steelers home opener tomorrow for the 2023 nfl season which is also my birthday Sept 10th. I have been a loyal fan since 1974 . My stay is for 3 nights . I almost forgot to mention the continental breakfast has no scrambled eggs , bacon or sausage gasp.

DO NOT STAY HERE IN MOON TOWNSHIPThe hotel rents out parking spaces and shuttles people to the airport-- therefore people who pay to stay here have to park down the street because EVERY SINGLE SPACE FILLS UP.You then have a very far walk and cannot easily bring luggage in.There are dozens of other places, choose anyone and don't be treated terribly because of a hotel racket.Their "overflow" parking are spaces down the road clearly marked as Bob Evans Only.Seriously skip this hotel at ALL COSTS.Shame because this is the first of this chain across the country I've stayed at that exploits their customers this way.

We needed a one night stay to attend a funeral, basically a place to sleep. Location was convenient, price okay, sort of. The hotel is located on busy University Boulevard. I liked1. The email sent to me giving me the number and where the shuttle was located at the airport. We didnt need the service but at least I knew they had my reservation.2. Rooms were very clean. Kudos to housekeeping3. Bed and pillows were comfortableWhat I didnt like1. They had a bible and yellow pages but no laminate sheet giving the briefest of hotel information. Do they have free wifi? Dont know. Luckily i downloaded a movie.2 There is definite deferred maintenance. Rotting wood on the building but simple things like missing plastic round thing on the shower hot water or tub missing two corners. 3. When we first arrived, someone was in the next room talking normally and we could hear every word. And since there is no carpet, just cheap snap In wood flooring, we could hear upstairs walking around in their stocking feet. And then there is the hall. Now the guests were quiet but this place is not built for privacy. And we created white noise by leaving the bathroom light on all night.4. Breakfast is minimal. Yogurt, apple, and oatmeal you can heat in styrofoam. Cancer,??? Some guests were preparing waffles until the waffles stuck in the griddle. Bread but no butter or jelly. Too many people in a small area for me to be comfortable with Covid.Did I enjoy my stay, no. I wish I had paid a little more or just driven home. Still as long as you arent looking for even minimal luxury, this satisfied the basics of a place to lay your head. We left by 8 am.

Stayed 3 nights, first night room was not cleaned called front desk to ask why and they said it was missed and housekeeping was not there, and they would send a note.. Second night stay room Still not cleaned and beds not made. Went down to talk with front desk and asked for manager, front desk said I could Not speak with the hotel manager but they would leave him a note. I asked why for the second time my room was not cleaned and then the lies and finger pointing started Every excuse in the book. I asked if I could get someone to clean it. No housekeeping is not here. I asked if we could get another room, he said no we don't do that. Really??? I asked for the last time if someone could help me or resolve the issue and the staff said sorry no.The room was never cleaned or serviced. Totally unacceptable. Called Wydham corporate office and they said we booked it through Hotels call them. I called and they said it was paid directly to Wyndham and it was not their issue. Wyndham could not give me an answer to why the room was not cleaned and when they called the hotel they said cleaning was optional. What??? While everyone around us they were cleaning their rooms as we walked by.I could not make this up if I wanted.. The staff and manager should be fired. I started a formal complaint against this hotel. I have been traveling my whole life and never experienced the lack of professionalism that I experienced at this hotel. All I wanted is a nice stay and to get what I paid for.

We will never go back. Check in, with my fully, clearly vested service dog. Front desk clerk tries telling me I will be charged a pet fee. After explaining to him several times he is not a pet, asked me for certification or proof. I said he can't ask for that either. He handed me their pet policy form to sign and initial, saying "you won't be charged but you have to sign it." I explained I wasn't comfortable signing something that does not pertain to my dog. I crossed thru everything that said pet and wrote service dog. We get to our room, and the sheet is on upside down so the tag is by your face, there are several stains, which we just decided to flip down that cover and not use it. The plug by the Ac had tumbleweed hair around it. There was no bedside outlet, because it was taken by the microwave and mini fridge (plugs were angled and half hanging out.) Used the multi plug outlet on the desk, and it could barely hold a plug it was so loose. The bathroom had water damage stains, and patchwork above our shower. The rusty screw cap was missing from the side of the toilet. Several bugs were killed in the bathroom. The ADA shower didn't have a curved rod so when using the shower the curtain stuck to you. The key cards stopped working halfway thru our stay, which they did give new ones and they worked. We heard dripping our last night there, and when my husband looked, the people the floor above us had taken a shower (from what we can guess) and now the ceiling around the patchwork in our shower was fully leaking. The front desk said maintenance can come out in the morning and we could change rooms but by this time it was after 11pm, so we just stayed. It our commitments allowed us more free time at the hotel, we would have asked to change rooms earlier but it just wasn't conducive. Between the lack of cleanliness, and fire safety concerns with the plugs, and the way I was treated when I came in with my service dog, we will never be back.

This hotel is committing fraud. I was charged $25 for parking in Feb. 2023 when I did not have a car. When I called, they initially reversed the charge; however on Sept. 30 they ran my credit card again and said it was from Feb.'s stay for the car park charge. I never had a car there. Antonio, the mgr. said he would take care of it except all he did was rerun my credit card and backdated the charge to February. They are running credit cards at will. Each time I call I am told Antonio is the only manager and he is never in. Very fraudulent company. Avoid at all costs.
