If you want authentic tacos this is the place to go. Order inside of the grocery store at the counter, pay, then take your sticky note outside to the stand. Tell them what kind of tacos you ordered inside. They make them. Then the other stand has all the toppings for you to add onto your tacos yourself.

Probably the best tacos I've had in western PA. Fairly simple taqueria menu with the standards. Most are $3.50; add 50 cents for cheese. (Tongue and tripe tacos are $4.50.)You order the number of tacos inside that you'd like, then take the Post-It note outside and tell the taquero which kinds you want. Chicken fajita and asada were favorites but they're all pretty tasty. There's a metal cart on the other side of the door which has condiments (onions, cilantro, pico de gallo, grilled jalapenos, guacamole, green salsa, and a spicy red salsa).Note that the person working the register spoke little English, so be prepared to break out your high school Spanish. (The taquero spoke perfect English.)A small Mexican grocery and meat market share the space, featuring a decent selection if imported products, drinks, canned goods, baked goods, etc.Note that while it's purely takeout, there is a small park a few storefronts away that has several park benches and a single covered picnic table.

Keep driving down Merchant and check out this store! Not only do they have fun things to check out, meats in the back, but their tacos are delicious! You order how many and what kind you want in the store and hand the man outside the ticket and tell him what you want. Service is quick and then you can fill them up with lots of toppings. Best street tacos!
