Solid pizza place in Springdale. It's priced cheaply and has the standard Italian food menu. I tried the create your own calzone without any added toppings.The small calzone was a good size for the price ($9 on their site and $11 on Doordash, overall very cheap). It was filled with ricotta, provolone, and mozzarella (I think). There's also tomato sauce on the inside. Unfortunately, this did make the calzone a bit soggy. The top of the calzone was still crispy and had a decent amount of cheese sprinkled on it. The calzone was a bit bready on the corners, too. The sauce they provide you with to dip the bread part in was very standard. It was served cold and in a small dipping sauce cup. The cheese blend was quite flavorful, but there's not that much cheese in the inside. The ricotta was also quite watery. But, all in all, the flavor was still pretty good.In short, if you're in Springdale and crave some standard American Italian fare, La Nova is a good choice. It's not great and definitely has some drawbacks, but the price is affordable and it's convenient.

I ordered a pizza through online and asked to deliver at 6:30 pm to my work place but it came at 5:30!!!_I and my co workers were busy around that time (that's why I ordered it at 6:30!) so we couldn't eat pizza hot nor warm at all. That was a basic mistake and very disappointing.

We order from here a lot. I've had a few of their salads, and their wings and my husband and son always have the pizza. The food is always good, always fresh and made how we ask it to be made whenever there's a special request. The service is always friendly. The pizza eaters always enjoy their food and when we do order pizza, this is the place that's always chosen. My only complaint is how incredibly long it takes for the delivery to arrive. We called on a Tuesday to have dinner delivered and a 45 minute wait time was a bit over an hour and that had happened before on a couple occasions. We certainly don't have a problem waiting however long we have to wait, we just prefer to have. A more accurate estimate so we know what to expect.

Atrocious customer service. Shady business practices. My money is hard earned. They will never see another red cent of it. If this review isn't enough for you to make another choice, I hope you dont have an issue with your food because if you do, you that problem will fall on deaf ears. Do yourself a favor, and go to From Italy. The pizza is delicious, and the service was great.

the services was the worst i've ever had. they used to be good back in 2019 but service has gone extremely downhill. don't suggest unless you want some disappointment for dinner. we asked for cheesy breadsticks and received the cheese sticks with the marinara cups upside down on top so when we picked the cups up the sauce poored all over the breadsticks, and the pizza wasn't cut had to use our own cutter. not to mention when we came to pick it up we went up to the lady working and said we were here to pick it up and she said just a minute, then we waited 15 mins as we watched our food at the end of the oven just sit there. the lady acted as if we weren't there and the other employee also acted as if we weren't there smoking a cigarette outside. the whole place just gave bad vibes. second time. we asked for cheesy breadsticks and we got mozzarella sticks. didn't want to wait for them to make the breadsticks so took mozzarella sticks instead. they tasted like fish and were hallow in the middle. no cheese and the pizza once again wasn't cut. highly suggest just finding a different place that actually serves something worth your money.

We specifically asked for ranch dressing for our wings but got blue cheese that may be some people's preference but personally it's not for me, our previous time ordering my fiancé had to argue with an employee for 20 minutes over what he wanted to order don't know is she was new or something but she didn't seem to know what she was talking about

I had ordered a chicken parm sandwich and I dissatisfied with what I had received. A proper chicken parm as anybody knows consists of a breaded and deep fried boneless chicken filet. What the sandwich consisted of was cubes of diced unbreaded chicken, no seasoning other than the pasta/pizza sauce. If you must order from here absolutely do not order the chicken parm sandwich.

Ordered a pizza tonight & it arrived hot, fresh, & in exactly the time frame that they said it would when I called. In this day & age of "Covid-19" I think LaNova is doing an excellent job in keeping things within the status quo of how things used to be.
