La Cucina Italian Grill

Space is pretty small, and it was crowded on a Saturday night, but we didn't have to wait for a table. Service was just so-so; our waitress was nice but could've been a little more attentive. I did not like the alfredo I got - I thought it could've used a little more flavor because it just tasted like cream and really needed salt. The pasta was also undercooked and stuck together. But my husband had a steak and it was AMAZING. The pasta that came with it, which had red sauce, was also so good. I would definitely go back and pick something else to eat!

Excellent food. Fresh bread and salad. Excellent service! Bought homemade canolli to take home!

Sunday dinner is always a hit here! You won't go wrong with any menu item! Menu and drink selection is great, staff is always friendly. Absolutely recommend!

The service was good, the waitress did a great job. But the food was bland, it was like the cooks were still in the 1700's with the lack of spices they put on the food. Also a %4 charge when using a card was unexpected should probably be posted somewhere (unless it's common WV practice).

Amazing fresh delicious and fresh. We wanted to go back several years later but couldn't remember the name. Friends of ours told us about an extraordinary restaurant in Weirton, WV and it jogged our memory. We will revisit them.

Very disappointed. The City of Weirton has been experiencing water issues for a few months. Our waitress addressed the water boil order to us-which was fine. We were charged $3 a bottle of water-nothing like taking advantage of the situation!! Pittsburgh prices in Weirton, WV. Like previous posts, the price gouging at La Cucina is ridiculous.

The food here is delicious. I have never had any complaints about the food. But in Weirton, WV, if you want to charge me $36 for a plate of linguine and tomato sauce with four scallops on top, you better provide me some unparalleled ambiance -- which isn't happening in a second-use pizza restaurant with tiled floors and fluorescent lighting.

Excellent, flavorful food.We had the artichoke appetizer served on a peppery green with balsamic vinegar. Yum ! The flavors were perfectly complementary!We also had lasagna, which was very generously sized and was one of the best I've ever had. The veal Parmesan was very good and generously sized to with a nice pasta on the side! If my travels take me near there again, I'm definitely going back!

The food was very good. I had Toscana Salas with shrimp, and wedding soup, my husband had the chicken Parmigiano. The service well we had the waitress Sharon who never told us the special, she was not at all friendly. She was too damn worried about the party of 7. I noticed she waited on the couple next to us and she never gave the special either. The other waitresses were friendly and gave their customers the special of the day. So if we go back which I don't think we will, it's because of Sharon.
