Kopper Kettle

Went a bit late on a Tuesday because it was so dang hot out. We were seated right away. The waitress that we had is always the best. Always so friendly and attentive, wish I knew her name but I always forget to ask. As an app we got their pretzels bites. And you can never go wrong with their specials. Truthfully they are the only place I ever get specials. One of Tuesdays specials was a shrimp wrap with jumbo shrimp. Lemme tell you that thing was loaded. I devoured it!! I believe this is my first time trying their sweet potato fries and I am kicking myself about it. Because I should've tried these ages ago!

We are visiting from out of town and some family members recommended this restaurant for casual dinner. We had really good hamburgers with great fries, sweet potato fries and tater tots. Service was very friendly and they were very accommodating at rearranging the tables to ensure our group of 8 could comfortably fit.

I've passed this place a million times. My wife said she's been following it for a while. I read peoples reviews on here and thought maybe it's worth a shot.We stopped in and the parking lot was jammed packed. Which is a good sign that it's popular. When we opened the door, it was one of those moments everyone stops eating and turns their head towards the door and peers into your soul or they're not used to seeing 6-7 300 lb men walk through the front door either :)The young lady hostess said it's been so busy and looked around quickly and found us a seat. We had ample time to look at the menu. The negative is on the drinks. No craft beer but just a lot of domestic, traditional imports, they did have a few local IPA's only because traditional breweries do not dabble in that space. I had a Stella which was fine.We ordered the fried pickles and they were delicious. My steak and cheese were awesome. I usually say hold the onion but not this time. It was really good. They have a great menu.Then I said can you tell me what wines that you have from J&D Wine Cellars.. she said no reds but let me look at the whites.. went and looked and none. She said we been calling but they never return our calls. I ended up going with the Stella again.Reviews said that they have hit or miss service. I seen maybe two active waitresses and they were busy. Our waitress was short dark head girl. She was pleasant and very good at her job. Two thumbs up for her.

The food was delicious, the portions were big, and the service was great. It's definitely a nice local pub that has character and is clean!

I love the Kettle. Food is always good and is reasonably priced. Favorites are the cool chicken wrap, the steakhouse burger, and chris' pasta. Nice rotating beer selection. Service is very hit or miss.

So the first time I want here we had decent service and decent food. Nothing to yelp about. But we just went there again, the hostess sat us, the waitress said I'll be right either way you. I wish I had her name. Brown hair the dye shirt. Well 20 minutes later she never came back, no water no drinks NO SERVICE, No nothing. People were sat after us and she got them drinks and took their order. Obviously she has no peripheral vision or common sense. Needless to say we left and went to Presidents Pub (amazing) and will never go to Kopper kettle again. Their service sucks. And nobody wondered why we left. Skip the crapper kettle and go elsewhere

A normal family favorite of ours beginning to go downhill. Last two trips have been a bad experience. Cold food, misplaced orders, no rush to correct the problem. Mistakes will happen and thats okay. But, if you screw up an order (2 times in a row now), it shouldn't take the kitchen 40 minutes to get my food prepared. Put a rush on it. You need to do better.

Awesome prices, solid food. Good, local place. Super busy at an off peak hour, service attentive. Food average, standard fare. Does the job.

After shopping t the outlets we were looking for somewhere good to eat. Reviews looked great n prices were reasonable. It was a Wednesday afternoon so there weren't many customers. Both the husband n I got burgers. I got the brew burger I think it was called n he got the steakhouse one. Both were delicious, moist n cooked just like we asked. We liked the homemade chips a lot with the ranch powder. Other items looked good too. Also our waitress was super friendly n very attentive. Even when she had to help the guys who were delivering beer, the other waitress came n helped n brought us refills wo us asking. A little gem in the Washington area.

Might be great food as I have eaten here several times . Called to place a takeout and because they were busy was told currently not doing takeout to call back in 45 minutes? To me an order is an order regardless dining in or out! This definitely made my decision to not be returning . Such a shame !
