I was at my sister-in-law & brother-in-law's 50th wedding celebration recently. I think it was planned for a hundred people. The menu was cabbage rolls, swiss steak, stuffed chicken breasts, mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, salad, & rolls. There was a ton of food, and it was excellent! Everything - just awesome!

We had a small party (25) catered with them. There was enough food to feed an army! We got sandwich trays, tossed salad, pasta salad, fried chicken, and cookies. The chicken was delicious not dried out how fried chicken can sometimes get. They provided a "relish" tray that had any sort of thing you would want to top the sandwiches, really nice dressing for the salad. They even gave us napkins plates etc (I wasn't expecting that! Oh and the drivers arrived exactly when scheduled. Thank you so much for making this day so easy!!!
