King Cones Castle

We stopped in randomly and were delighted. So many flavors and the most beautiful, intricate wall mural covering every space, kept the kids entertained. We really enjoyed it and will be back. Reasonably priced as well.

This place is THE BEST! So many flavors, awesome eating area (inside and out) - the walls are painted super cool, and one table has the constitution under glass. The people working here are so nice and patient (b/c it's a lot of ice cream to pick from, and they let you sample). Best of all, the ice cream was delicious!!

I don't know why I love this place so much but the ice crew is delicious. So many choices so little time. I got 3 scoops of some cinnamon thing and yum yum yum. How many scoops do you dare. Check out the walls of cows painted on the murals.

Biggest & cheapest soft serve you can find. Plus drive thru service. A medium cone is huge, a large is like a foot high. Crazy. Definitely worth stopping. Lots of flavors! Hard & soft & sundaes!

I am so sad that this review is not going to be as great as I thought it would be. We just moved to the area and have noticed the amount of cars lined up for what I thought would be quite the delectable treat. I had promised the family we would pull in the first time we didn't see a line in to the road. The day finally happened last weekend. I asked for a strawberry banana milkshake, orange slushie and a cone. The shake was made first and handed to me while they prepared the slushie. At first taste it reminded me of banana laughy taffy with no strawberry at all, the shake was yellow... I asked the young man if it was the right shake as they were busy and thought it may be someone else's. His response was a rude yes it yours with a huff. I told him it tasted like pure fake banana and didn't want it. Another worker asked what ordered and I told her and she said so what you want is a strawberry banana shake with a real banana as the young man rolled his eyes and stated then that's what you should've asked for. In my opinion most places do not have banana ice cream and if they do they are trained to ask fresh banana or banana soft serve. I was so put off that I just stated I was fine I didn't require anything else. The orange slushie was then served and it had zero syrup in it. It was basically just shaved ice. The cone was the only thing good. When it came time to pay the young man rang us up and still charged for the shake of which one sip was taken and it was thrown away by the employee himself (he threw it in the trash like an animal btw). I asked why when it was clearly not consumed due to taste alone would it not be comped? He went and asked another woman and she took it right off. I handed him my card which he grabbed and once swiped he through the card across the counter. Gave me a receipt and said not a word l, I asked why didn't I have to sign and he didn't answer. The person in front of us had to sign and only got 2 cones. So I left quite angry and bothered. I watched how he treated other patrons and it was a vast difference from the service we received. When I got home and calmed down I decided to call and speak to a manager, although she was pleasant I don't feel like it was handled very well. She offered a gift card and I denied as I was made to feel like a second class citizen in the way I was treated. I informed her that she should take that into consideration as if I was someone purely looking to gain from this experience, I would've accepted it. She apologized that she wasn't able to help me. I feel that I was discriminated against as no other person was treated with the disrespect that this young man treated us. I have left my number to be called by the owner or general manager and till have yet to receive a call. There are way better options in butler priced lower!

I grew up with a little soft serve ice cream shop in walking distance from my house, and I know relish any opportunity to stop at one when I can.And the fact you can get two cones (one with sprinkles, as I have to have sprinkles) for less than $4 always amazes me. I don't think I could've eaten more than a small cone, as it was the perfect amount for me.

I saw this place headed to a doctors appointment. It wasn't open, I passed it again headed home and it was open and cars were in the drive through! It was so yummy! A medium (which was huge) was only $2.50! So worth it! Sadly the girls working weren't too friendly and kinda "cold" but the ice cream was great!

Funny wallpaper, good classic ice cream, tons of variety, CHEAP, and fast service. I was visiting a car dealership in the area and ran early for my appointment and craved something sweet like cake and ice cream. Yelp search yielded King Cones! Stopped by and very satisfied with the ice cream, the price, the hilarious themes with cows and such. Would definitely go again when in the area!

Fun place.Both soft serve and hard ice cream. Nice people. Had a great area with The looking for stuff on the murals.

More than just great ice cream, with several associates to take your orders and a most interesting full store mural! A must for the Butler area.
