King Buffet

Hungry for quality Chinese buffet food? Always patrons here regardless of if it's lunchtime or dinner time which keeps the food fresh!I'm particularly partial to takeout as it's very reasonably priced and very close to our home. Nice buffet selection of good food.This place never disappoints when we have that craving!

Had a late lunch & it was delicious! Staff is friendly & the place is clean. I will return again for the dinner menu!

Pretty solid for a Chinese food buffet. The place was hopping for 2 pm on a weekday. Typical choices, but they were done well. Price is pretty solid, we spent a little over 20 bucks for two people and left full. Friendly staff, and pretty clean restaurant overall.

5 stars for this Asian buffet!!! It's been over 13 years since I last visited this place and when I came to the counter, I was recognized. Kudos for maintaining good tasting food standards since I last ate here. The place was crowded for a Saturday evening but tables, chairs, and bathrooms were well maintained. If you visit Indiana, PA, stop by for lunch or dinner at King Buffet.

As stated in other reviews, I don't like buffets, but I am a good sport. Not my choice, but it was the choice of an elderly family member who really wanted to take hubs and me here. I think this location was formerly a Wendy's/ Arby's/whatever. We arrived exactly at lunch time and it was packed with students from the university and lots of locals. The buffet area is rather small, but one can load their plate with a variety of Asian-American food items. The buffet was replenished frequently and attended by staff to avoid a mess. The counter person was very busy but still courteous and helpful with my relative. It was difficult to navigate through the crowd, but it that may have been due to the time of day. I think waiting until a little after prime lunch time would be less crowded, but maybe the food wouldn't be as fresh. As for the food, it was fine considering that I been to a lot worse. I took small portions to try a variety. I liked the sesame chicken, spicy beef and peppers, but the vegetable LO mein lacked something. Egg rolls and pot stickers were very good. There was a nice variety of choices for dessert. All and all, I think it was better than other similar buffets I have come across.

Great Chinese food for the area. I don't do buffets, but this one I make exceptions. The food is fresh. They keep the buffet area clean and well stocked. It's not a huge buffet but ii think that helps keep the dishes they do create tastier. The kitchen isn't running its bag off to keep a huge area stocked with too many options. Nice sized desert area too!

There are two main issues with King Buffet:1. The building is way too small to even walk comfortably and the buffet's limited selection reflects this.2. The food frequently drys out in the pans and I end up pulling stringy chicken out of my teeth like it's beef jerky. It's okay for the price but I usually choose the other buffet option.

Food was less than desirable. Either over cooked, over greasy, cold or had no taste. Very disappointed.

Some of the worst General Tso's ever. Completely mushy and gritty coating. The Lo Mein was a wierd yellowish color and tasted like nothing but cabbage. China King wouldn't answer so we were forced to get to-go from King Buffet. Will not make that mistake again. Avoid at all cost.

Sooooo tasty!!! We go here often and have enjoyed every visit so highly recommended! Enjoy!
