KinderCare of Plum

The only upside of KinderCare of Plum, is that it's close by for us and my son is starting to learn things and gaining socialization skills. The downside - where shall I start? The teacher turnover is horrible. My son gets really close to a teacher, and the next minute they're quitting. The teacher morale is terrible, as I've had occasion to speak to them one-on-one. The center seems to be always closed for staff shortages, COVID and/or COVID quarantine. It's also closed for other random issues as well. Yet, we still have to pay the full tuition. My main issue is reliability, which I feel it is completely not.
