Jersey Mike's Subs

Placed an order on the app. I normally get the Big Kahuna but decided to try the Classic Italian. My order was prepared quickly. The staff was friendly and the sandwich was perfect....veggies were cold and fresh. The meat was delicious and plentiful and the special instructions were carried out. Great experience

Occasionally, when I can splurge a little for lunch, I like to swing by this location. I typically order through the app & pick up in store.My order is always correct, ready on time, & delicious. I love the Turkey and the Cheese Steal with a side of BBQ chips and a Stubborn Root Beer.The employees are always friendly, and the place is very clean. I rarely ever have a wait. I know what I"m getting here every time, and that is a comfort when out & about.

Too expensive for what you get. It tasted great, but 60 dollars for 4 half subs, chips and drink....

Doordash delivery. They forgot a sandwich and the order only had three. How hard is that. Furious over the fact that the store phone number goes straight to VM, the 800# says call the store. I liked the store before and will never go again. This is not how customer service should work and this shows that if something is wrong they don't care. If they gave a shit the phone number would work. In case anyone says door dash the bag is sealed at the store and was sealed when it got here

See previous review of Jersey Mike's in Miami Lakes, Florida to balance this review out a bit. This is hands down the best Jersey Mike's I've been to. Everything was perfect. Everyone was friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. That really felt reflected in how great my #43 was. Perfect sandwich.

I think they have the best subs that any chain has..love the red pepper dressing that you can add. I go to the one on McKnight Road in Pittsburgh and am always impressed by friendly service that I get there.

I'm sad to say that as someone with a gluten allergy (celiac), this is one of the few places I can eat and will no longer be returning simply due to poor service. There is one man who is very helpful and does his job efficiently. The young girl, however, needs a lesson on professionalism. Her attitude was extremely poor-- rolled her eyes several times at other workers and looked miserable. Someone needs a reminder of how to act even semi decent while working, or they should be fired as this has been a recurrent issue.

I'm a fan of Jersey Mikes food but won't be returning to this location due to the poor service.

Zack, Don, Liz and Dominik are awesome. Mine and my step sons sandwiches were awesome. The atmosphere with these 4 employees were second to none. Awesome food, hard working employees who also make you feel at home. HIGHLY Recommend. You will not be disappointed!! Thanks Zack and crew. See you soon.

First time ever being at a Jersey Mike's. Had heard their subs were excellent and commercials show great choices. Personally, I was not impressed with the staff working there. Subs are pricey but seem worth it. My husbands sub was good, I got the tuna and they were very lean on what they spread on the sub bun, couldn't even taste the tuna and I got the largest. Going in there is first a register, no sign where you order so stop there, heaven forbid no you go to the opposite end where there is a high looks like refrigerator to order, again no instructions, sitting at the table several people stop at the register to be impolitely told to move down. Made certain the employee knew we had never been there before, you would think would try and make a good impression. Last time we will ever go, one employee had very very long hair, no net and had terrible body odor. Someone in upper management needs to do a recheck on this particular establishment.
