Jersey Mike's Subs

Three weeks ago I was at the Jersey Mike's located on Liberty Avenue. Ordered the original Italian sub. Have not eaten anything like this brow. All the meats salami and ham and pepperoni were cut or sliced fresh. Delicious. There are all kinds of places selling subs and then there is Jersey Mikes! This will always be my first choice.

This is always my go to place when wanting a sub, so when I saw this near our hotel, I knew we would work it into our schedule. The restaurant was empty, so we had their undivided attention. I got the Philly Cheesesteak and they prepared it quickly and it tasted great.

We visited for the first time and are now fans. The subs were good -fresh... but I need to rave about the customer service. We were greeted in such a nice fashion when walked in.. I was immediately impressed. Since it was our first time at a Jersey Mikes.. we were welcomed and received excellent service while placing our order. The staff was amazing and so friendly. It felt good to receive such a great service which is not often received when you are dining in - even. They offer hot and cold subs. I had the chipotle steak and cheese and it was so delicious! Jersey Mikes Subs is refreshing and totally recommend.

Overpriced and slow service. It took 20 minutes to make 2 subs because of the employees having a personal conversation while making them. Subs were ok.

Filthy. I have been here twice at dinner timeOn a weeknight and I have to start but saying I understand short staffing. However, that it no excuse for filthy tables. The handling of food also made me not eat. I ordered the club (was going to get a cheesesteak but saw how dirty the grill was) my sanwhich was madeOn the same counter the wash bucket was on and a dirty rag. The nasty rag wiped offThe knife and then cut my bread. Disgusting. The staff didn't have gloves on to grab toppings which looked old.

I used to go to Jersey Mike's our in McMurray, and when I found out there's one in Robinson now, I got so excited. I ordered the California chicken cheesesteak and it was delicious. They went little heavy on the mayo, but other than that it was wonderful. I got a bag of chips also, and my order came to $12. That's a little more expensive than your average sandwich shop, but it's worth it. Their ingredients are always fresh, and the sandwiches just have so much flavor. The regular size is just right for one meal. Doesn't give you much for leftovers, but who enjoys a leftover sub THAT much anyways? I'm so happy to have them in Robinson, and I hope they make it. Seems like sandwich shops at this particular location don't get a lot of business, so I'll be supporting them even more knowing that. Give them a try if you haven't already, they're worth it!

This was my first visit to Jersey Mike's Subs, and I have to say the whole ordering process was a bit unclear. When an employee asked what we wanted, I told him it was my first time at Jersey Mike's, but he didn't take it as his cue to explain anything to me. I ended up ordering a Philly sub, but also wanted to add cold toppings. He told me that I was supposed to tell him at the beginning, which again, I would have no way of knowing. I ended up getting my sub the way I wanted, and it was pretty delicious; the "Regular" size was definitely filling! The subs were a bit pricey... it was about $9 for a regular sub, and I believe around $15 for a giant size. Ultimately, my boyfriend and I both enjoyed our subs, but we thought the customer service could use some improvement.

Always good service. Always good food. Eating area is kept clean and pleasant. Workers are friendly and efficient.

I was so glad when a JM finally opened nearer to me and I've been going there ever since. Food is great and no complaints there. And the service is mostly fine, except for one individual that has an extreme attitude and is regularly on her phone or having side bar conversations. She has no care for the waiting customers. Then, the other day she appeared to scream at another employee while we were there. So unprofessional and unnecessary. Everyone just kind of looked around in disbelief, unsure what it was about Not sure why management allows this to continue. Unfortunately that was the first time my wife actually came in with me (I usually take out) and, while we planned on eating there, we ended up leaving and taking it home. My wife now has no desire to go back and suggested that we go to the Moon one next time.

My husband and I went for a quick dinner last night around 5 pm. The restaurant was very slow. We chose to dine in. All of the tables were dirty except for one. The floor was filthy. There was debris under each and every table. There were 4 workers behind the counter. Other than the person preparing our order, the other 3 just stood there. One of them had their phone in hand and looked like they were texting or googling. I think it is ridiculous that not one of them would make an attempt to at least wipe the table in anticipation for a dinner rush.
