First time I've ever been to a Jersey Mike's, wasn't expecting much, but was really impressed! First of all the restaurant was very clean and staff quite friendly. The hoagie (even though I live in the south, I was born in PA, so call it a hoagie instead of a sandwich) bread was toasted to perfection and the meat and cheese were gooey goodness with fresh toppings (onions, lettuce, etc). Definitely think I've found a new goto for a quick yummy sandwich :D

We ate at Jersey Mike's again yesterday. It was BUSY! We didn't wait long at all. The team seemed to be working well together. We had two cheesesteaks and a few cold cuts. Everything finished about the same time and was wonderful. It was nice to see a place where everyone was so pleasant and looked like they enjoyed their jobs. Great job Jersey Mike's crew!

I stop by Jersey Mike's in Murrysville one afternoon just very hungry and couldn't believe how piled up my SubAbove was with bacon, turkey, etc. and all that good stuff. I got the number nine super club, and it was SUPER! And the folks working there were just as kind and nice as could be.

Great subs, whether hot or cold. Classic Italian is a go-to. Cheesesteak is equally delicious, with a good amount of "drip." Staff is courteous and efficient, and food is promptly delivered as ordered. Clean space for dining in.

I just picked up a replacement order for when they had a power outage and I paid online. I haven't eaten the food yet but there was a gentleman inside when I picked up who was extremely rude and gave absolutely terrible customer service. I only ordered from here because I received a gift card and I am hesitant to even use the rest of it after this experience.

I ordered a G13 and a G26 and I received a G6 and a R3 then when I called the store no one answered. It's bad enough that I didn't get what I asked and paid for but for them to not answer the phone and have a chance to correct their mistakes is just terrible! Perhaps if the person I'm assuming is the boss would not tell me about his wife and kid working with him my order would have been correct I've been coming to jmikes for a long time even worked at one on the west coast but this has got to be the weirdest jmikes experience I've ever had

Placed an online order showed up at my pick up time and waited additional 30 minutes. Got my order and 3 of my 5 sandwiches were the wrong size. Had to wait another 20 minutes more. They only made the other half of hoagies they screwed up so all of my sandwiches were cold soggie messes.
