Jersey Mike's Subs

This was my first visit to Jersey Mikes while traveling. I was glad to see 2 vegetarian options on the menu. They had a veggie sub. I ordered the grilled portobello mushroom and Swiss hot sub. It comes with grilled onions and peppers and I added pickles, jalapeños and mayo. A bit cheesier than I would have like but it was actually pretty good accompanied with jalapeños chips. The service was okay because the young woman taking my order seems annoyed that I added toppings to my sub.

Good subs. Good subs. Good cheesesteak. Good chicken sandwich, friendly staff. Will return for a good. If like a good sandwich packed with plenty of good meat you have to go to Jersey Mikes. You'll be satisfied

Me and my son love Jersey Mike's Subs. Have never had a bad experience here. We always went to the one in Cranberry but I'm loving that we have one in Monaca now. They mislabeled our sandwiches once, but not a big deal. Sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Check it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

Yeah, it's great! Just what you'd expect, stellar subs. Love it. Employees are friendly, prices are good. Eat here. Go for it.

Jersey Mikes has top-notch subs. This is a busy location so definitely keep that in mind when ordering but the staff is pretty quick to whip up your sub. I like how they actually listen to what you want - I'm a born and raised Jersey girl myself and I like my sandwiches a particular way and Jersey Mikes always delivers. The staff is always nice, not overly friendly but they get the job done!One thing I will say that I've had a bad experience with Jersey Mikes is ordering through DOORDASH/Uber Eats. I've tried multiple times on different days and they're on those apps, but then cancel the order. Recently I was able to order on the app and my sandwich was so sloppy I was pissed but honestly, they're super good about making them when you're in the store.Overall, Jersey Mikes over Jimmy John's all day everyday.Pro tip: order the oil/vinegar ON THE BREAD (they usually douse the meats or tuna but you actually taste the vinegar when it's put directly on the inside of the bun!

I understand some places are shorthanded but this place had plenty of employees. Rude service. She rushed me to order, so I order my first sandwich, then comes back and has me keep ordering. So I order but she never asked what I wanted on the first sandwich, I had to order 7 subs so I completely forgot. So now my son has a sub with bread and meat. Very rude, horrible service. Jersey Mike's are normally pretty good. It was 1:50pm on 5/19/21. Also took FOREVER to get food!

Worst service I have ever experienced. I had ordered online and somehow it changed it to a future order. Per the website I have to cancel at the store I ordered from. I called the store to cancel and Robin was rude right off the bat. She said she can't cancel the order. I asked if I can get it tonight then and she said NO!! I was charged 76.00 for food I can not get and they refuse to cancel the order. She said I need to call corporate and while trying to ask for corp number she hung up on me. My husband went in because he was in the parking lot waiting to pick up order and she was horrible to him! She said she can't cancel the order, it's not her issue and he needs to call corp. when he asked for corp number she said she's busy and there are customers in line then refused to acknowledge his presence any longer... worst service and we will NEVER be back there! Can't believe a company would have someone so rude with lack of customer service skills as a manager.

Just finished playing golf so we 4 went to your location for a takeout order. We realize it is hard to get good people to work, but the personnel were rude and the person who put the trimmings on our sandwiches, when cutting them in half, 3 out of 4 sandwiches the sandwiches fell apart and she just shoved everything together ( now a mess ), wrapped up the mess and now threw the 4 sandwiches in the bag. We went to our van and unwrapped the mess and now all 4 sandwiches were a mess. We could not eat the mess and wanted to back inside to complain, but a family of 4 pulled in next to us. The father exited the car and asked if jersey mikes was any good and we showed him our mess; needless to say they left. Your location lost at 10 customers who will never come back. We support local businesses, but not yours.
