Jerry's Custard

I haven't had Jerry's custard in years. I was surprised to see how much the prices went up, paid $10 for a sundae. My sundae came with little toppings. I definitely would've liked more toppings on it . It was a turtle sundae and there are probably a total of five pecans and there was very little caramel

Best Custard in the area Hands Down...Prices cannot be beat.The staff is always nice and friendly.

Pumpkin & black raspberry custard. My favorite ice cream place in the Lowe Burrell & New Kensington area. Wish it was opened all year long

Cute place on a triangular strip of land where two roads Y, and I gotta tell you, we should see more places like this! Great little rural spot that the kids love (and work at), not bad for a small bite to eat if you are hungry (we're talking chicken fingers, hot dogs and pulled pork, nothing elaborate) Jerry lives adjacent to the property, and you can find him wandering around smiling and greeting his customers in a checkered shirt with blue suspenders. What a cute little joint that Grampa Jerry can share with the community! People absolutely love this place, and you will too.I just got the "soft serve" custard vanilla. Black raspberry is also a favorite, but some times you gotta stick with the basics! Cash accepted and prices are super affordable. Gets busy! Nice places to sit and eat if it isn't raining too hard, or if it is hot, plenty of shady trees nearby. Bathroom is a portajohn.

I feel like this place is a hidden gem, especially since any time people mention custard, it's almost always about Glen's. They offer several different types of flavors and they've really made the area welcoming and the owners seem more than happy for folks to hang around. Outside of the great custard, the owners have set it up to where there will sometimes be music, they sometimes have a wheel to determine what flavor to get, and it feels like they genuinely enjoy the community. Perhaps the biggest thing is how kind I've seen them be to others. I won't detail what I've heard or personally seen, but they have gone far above and beyond to just show kindness to the customers. I'd want to get food from them just for that, but I've always been more than happy with anything I've gotten here. Thank you all for being so kind to the community and for keeping a bit of my childhood alive.

So many choices, they are all great. Friendly staff and owner. Can't wait for them to open again.

Excellent! Ordered a small sundae - vanilla soft serve, hot fudge, marshmallow syrup, whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles and a cherry. It was so good I went back and ordered two scoops of their premium scoops: Cake Batter and Black Raspberry Oreo. A nice little place that has its own parking lot and about 3 Gazebo's with nice shade. Enjoyed this place and ice cream very much!

What a awesome ice cream shop right outside of New Kensington. The ice cream is always the best. The staff are so friendly and the owner Jerry is amazing.

The food was amazing the ice cream was a giant portion for only being small. The service was a 10/10 they we're nice and the lady had pretty eyes. The ambiance was nice the chairs were comfy and the benches have lots of shade it was perfect.

It's not as good as it used to be. I don't know if someone else is running it but it's just not the same. Quality has gone down along with quantity you get, but prices have gone up quite bit. We used to be regulars, but we won't be going back. Have to find a new place :(
