Jadens Catering

Extremely polite wait staff!We came for a church luncheon and I have nothing bad to say. It is a smaller room but it did hold a lot of people. The food was excellent and it was so great that they offered chicken finger and French fry basket for the kids.

My husband and I had a party after our wedding. This place has superior service. Great menus. Great pricing. Great food. Wonderful place for an event. Even the bakery does wonderful cakes.

I recently had food catered by Jaden's for a surprise party I threw for my husband and MIL. From beginning to end, working with Jaden's was a very smooth process. Due to COVID, I wanted to have lunch boxes served to cut down on the number of hands touching food. Jadens has such a wide variety of catering options, and the prices are very reasonable.Everyone kept saying how good the food was and I would have to agree. I will definitely use Jadens in the future for all of my catering needs!

Ordered catering from Jadens for a work event. The salads were definitely the highlight . They get bonus points for creativity, you gotta try the strawberry walnut salad, delicious. Maybe a little expensive, but I didn't get any complaints about the food.

Great professional catering company !! Had our youngest daughters grad party and couldn't have been happier with the quality of food and service. Over the years we have attended a ton of grad parties and have to say the food was amongst the best. Lots of compliments. Would recommend and will use Jadens for our next event

We used Jadens for my sister's bridal shower. Everything was excellent. I would recommend this for any event. We rented Jaden's facility too which couldn't have been any nicer. The staff member that they had on shift for us was pleasant to work with and very professional. Thanks for making the day run smoothly!***Order bread sticks with everything (SO GOOD)

We had a family reunion on 8/25/2024 and the food and service was outstanding. The entrees were excellent quality, the vegetables were very plentiful and tasty and the salads were superb. Would highly recommend Jaden's for catering an event. Great job.

The food and service are second to none. We have used them numerous times for our events and staff appreciation. Simple truths matter, and you will be satisfied in all ways!

I am not usually a person to share a negative review of a business but.. this is necessary. In December, I reached out to Jaden's Catering located in Monroeville, PA for catering information for my baby shower in April.Our emails went back and forth until we solidified a package plan that would work best for us. After receiving our invoice, we decided to move forward and book the caterer. Please note-- there was no contract, no delivery time listed, no details in the invoice (see photo), and not much information.Well, here we are just about a month out from the shower and I had some questions (like what is included in mobileware and why the cost of my drinks had changed from my initial quote to the invoice).This was the response I received this morning (see photo). I am extremely disappointed and shocked that a business (who is struggling in a pandemic) would tell a customer to (insert explicit) off because they "asked too many questions."

The worst food ever!!!!! The chicken was raw and bloody ! Second time there and very very disappointed! The server was rude and banging the dishes around. When I told her the chicken wasn't cooked she just grabbed it and said oh yeah it is. You think she would offer something else?? The cake made by the in house baker was awful and it just crumbled. Then the cupcakes tasted like almond flavoring.... Who does that? The salad was old and tasteless. The pasta tasted like it was frozen. No bread or rolls. Not even ice for the drinks. I would never recommend this place!
