Jackworth Ginger Beer

Such a cool space in the Regent Square area -- if you're familiar with KLVN Coffee, JGB is across the street. They have a large bar area and a few tables. They make the ginger beer in the same space too which is cool to see. The classic ginger beer itself is amazing, I am not even the biggest fan of ginger but I could easily see myself drinking this more frequently, on its own (it's that good!). I also tried the spicy ginger beer which had a nice kick to it but wasn't overly spicy, and the dry (n/a) which I really enjoyed. I got some 4-packs to go and am super excited to enjoy at home!They have an awesome curated cocktail list using their ginger beers, as well as other local products. You can find JGB in a ton of local restaurants and bars too!

This is such a great spot. The vibe inside is really cool. There is bar seating, seats along the window, and a small table area in the back.Most cocktails can be made with NA spirits or with regular alcohol. Drinks cost between $10-$12. There also have local beers available. This time I had the Blood Orange margarita with Hidden Still tequila, blood orange, lime, and spiced syrup. This evening they also had a massage pop up in the back. They often have DJs and small events. Lots of free street parking is available out front and it is close to a few other great spots that are walking distance.

We stopped by for karaoke night on Friday at 8pm and had such a fun time that we ended up staying the whole time until midnight!! The drinks are good and reasonably priced.The inside is on the smaller side with a fairly big bar and a couple of tables on the far side and some stool seating along the front and side. The inside is a vibe with cool lighting. The staff was nice and you never had to wait too long to get a drink.

Love their ginger beers! So spicy yet versatile! Their bartenders always do an amazing job with their selection of cocktails and NAs. I love every drinks that I've tried so far. The staffs always so friendly and it makes you feel like you're right at home chilling with your friends. Fun fact: their ginger shots are a good detox option if you're not into the mix juices.

I was with a friend group of 8 and we stopped in during a rainy afternoon slump, thinking we'd just do a ginger shot and head back. We ended up getting lit at this Star Wars-esque bar! After we all did a ginger lemon cayenne shot, we sat down at the bar and ordered a bunch of drinks. I got the cocktail of the month and a Tender Love and Pear (both very good). Thank you to the one bartender who was very attentive and flexible with our separate checks!

Wow wow wow!!So excited that they're finally open.The ginger beer is crazy good! The spicy one is my favorite.And the ginger beer cocktails are out of this world delish.Service is superb.Such a cool setup. Comfortable and welcoming vibe really enhancing the originality of the building.

This is a hip little bar with unique offerings. I enjoyed the classic ginger beer. I would love to return again to try one of the cocktails like their Moscow mule. They had food in the courtyard when I visited (from a visiting restaurant) which was great, and while there wasn't any live music when I visited, the events which do look really cool. I'll be back! (It's in the neighborhood, after all!)

What a gem! The absolute best place to pop up in Pittsburgh in quite some time, and honestly, in the tri-state area... and I say that as someone who's lived in nyc. The vibes are effortlessly warming and charming. There's nowhere quite like it. There's a chic mix of repurposed decor from old churches and past Pittsburgh businesses balanced with mood lighting and effortless details. Beyond the setting, there's always events, pop ups, and live music that's free to the public! Not very often shows are accessible these days - so having a steady stream of local artists is so appreciated. Oh and should I mention the array of food trucks they have pop up? On any given day there could be Mexican food, Filipino cuisine, or even Dominican yums. I get a taste of the city all in one spot. Now to the main course... the DRINKS. My favorite is a blood in the water and their classic ginger beer. As someone who adores kombucha and elevating my drinks to have some health benefits, the Pittsburgh made organic ginger beer has set a standard for drinks everywhere. Only 4 ingredients, helps my tummy, and refreshes my soul. Their cocktail menu is extensive and fabulous. Each have their own unique taste and flavor. What really takes the show is some of their rotating monthly features which I wish would stay on the menu forever. The staff is so kind and helpful. It's truly quite place. And not just any place, a much needed third space. You can go there and drink and groove - OR you can go there and grab a NA cocktail or beverage and still be a part of the fun. Whether it's a cozy relaxing day or I'm looking for some entertainment, I know I can always find it at JGB. Thank you for bringing this establishment to the burgh!

I recently stopped into Jackworth on a Sunday afternoon to try their tomato martini. A DJ was playing outside and it was pretty loud, so we chose to sit inside. The space is airy and pretty minimal, but it's really nice. The bartender was nice and you could tell he enjoys crafting cocktails. I still want to try their ginger beer so I'll definitely be back!

Neave is AMAZINGLY hospitable and BEYOND accommodating. Pleaseeeeeee go see them for their delicious products, but even more so for the aura and overall welcoming vibe they so effortlessly give here!
